To check the judicators tomb: 1. Enter the room that has the statue in the middle of the floor with the rising platforms. 2. Go to the area to the right of the room with the lever. Pull it to raise the platform. 3. Jump on the statue and use Soul Splitter so that the "stone death" stands on top of it. 4. Move the statue close to the ledge with the door your trying to enter. 5. Cancel Soul Splitter and jump off to the other side. I hope this helped!

I’m missing the last page of the book. I just watched this whole video and I think 3 of them I was like “maybe I didn’t get that one” so I went to the spot and of course I got them. I now have to basically go to each and every individual spot (including dungeon diving AGAIN) to find this last gods forsaken page
@@barrysensei dunno what you talking about, playing on deathfinitive edition, if you click on the quest you can see them, i was missing 4 stones, 2 power 2 resistance, easily found with this guy guides.

Amen, just amen. Honestly Darksiders 3 is so much better than this game was :(. Which is a shame because death is cool, the story is cool, but the gameplay is awful.
For anyone missing 1 of these, it's probably 7 at 1:51 in the shattered forge, you can't get to that area without more abilities, namely the ability to either grab things from afar, you need that to get the bomb to open up the location that they get to in the video.
I'm on a third playthrough, and this time it was finally looking like I'd naturally found every page. But by the time I hit 39/40 and was about to finish the game again, I knew I had to have missed one. Number fuckin' FIVE. That's a good sneaky spot. I think I've missed that one on my other playthroughs, too. Thank you for this video!

As far as people getting 39/40 I would say before saying anything try going through each page in this video. Chances are some of you guys assumed you grabbed it when you really missed it.
FANTASTIC video. One of the best location videos I have ever watched. had to make go on utube just to say that because I have seen sooooo many bad treasure hunt videos and you deserve the props!!
Thank you!!! Helped a lot. Found out that if at any point the game was Blue screened while playing, then anything you recently received has a very good chance of not saving. Example- I very much remember going to the scare and getting everything and completing the puzzle. However, it bluescreened while I was on my way from the scare to Blackroot, thereby deleting any progress. Just be mindful. Most likely that’s what happened if you think you got all of them.

I am simply curious; when I have all the pages from a dungeon, there will be a little symbol indicating this when I look at the map, right? Because I've gotten the page from The Nook, but there's no such symbol like there is in all the other dungeons, and I'm only missing one. I got them all :D Thanks for the video. Guys if you already completed the game try Game + mode to get them all again without having to run around the world and backtracking. It's much easier to get them while doing the story.
If your talking about the thing in floor 1.You need to use your soul splitter ability,but put your stone form on top of that moving pillar.Then push it forward as much as possible to the next platform with one of the souls.Then switch back to your normal character and jump on the desired platform and continue further.

i was thinking you can't nether but i got in there your talking about the room with the two platforms and the moveable one right? well what i did is move it in between the ledge and the platform that's half way up jumped to it then to the platform then use soul split and dragged the moveable one next to me went back to myself and climbed up and was across:) you could probably just get on top of the moveable one and use soul split and push yourself across tho.lol didn't think of it then:P

This trophy is glitched. I got the page at the Spine and it showed as 5/10. Then I visited the Soul Arbiter's maze and died. When I checked again it was now 4/10 so I revisited the Spine and the page wasn't there.
I'm 100% positive I went to all 40 locations twice, and I'm at 39/40.. I even did Earth twice, and I really hate that place. I guess the same happened to me. At least this guide got me from 37/40 to 39/40; I missed the Lostlight and Scar pages.. sucks being so close, yet so far, though
When you are in the Room where you need to use the ability of the soul to pass the Ga, you can jump in the platform movable, use the "Separator Soul" abiliy and move the platform near the edge where is the Door to go trought the level.
Thanks a lot. What's funny is that I found all books in my first play on PS3 back in 2014 or 2015 can't remember. In my second play on PC when I got the deathinitive, I missed 3 and all 3 were in the first realm, the maker's. The most difficult one is in the foundry. Damn, you really need to notice it. Judicators tomb after besting the game…. Is it impossible? You cant even summon those guys anymore to step on the buttons to lift up to pillar to let you pass the first section
Jump down to the middle section pull the big pillar to the entrance side / climb on the wall/stand on the top of the pillar / use duplicate / with the duplicate pull the pillar with your statute to the other side / deactivate the duplicates / jobs done
I almost ran into that problem. If you talk to Vulgrim saying you have a chapter, he won't give you a key. You have to actually sell him the book to get the key. Then go to the Lostlight and Shadow's Edge Death Tombs to get retrieve your loot!
Yes. Go in to the room where the bridges are down, where you probably want to use your ghost. Then fast travel out to another location, then back to the saved spot in the tomb. Then the bridges should be up. Its a bug.

So, when I was doing a complete recheck (only one page was missing), I went back to that location and finally found it, after hours searching. Surprisingly it was the same page that I surely got some hours before. Anyway, for those who are having issues finding the last one, even if you thing that you got #34, or any other page, make sure to check again.
Best video for finding all book locations. I give this video a 4/5, because you could have done it by realm instead of going to one, then to another. It would be much faster to go by realm.
Great guide! Sadly I am only missing one page and I have gone through all 40 locations 3 times now and I think my game is glitched. :( Do these reset on a new game+?
When you start a NewGame+, you keep your armor, weapons, and bonuses from Blackroot (when you gave him some stonebites). You won't have your Book of the Dead pages, unsold relics and unsold stonebites anymore (these "quests" will restart), so you'll be able to unlock another time the tombs. If I'm wrong, feel free to correct. ;-)
I was also thinking I'm missing one. Spent half of a day rechecking everything. What I missed was page 5! When I first jumped from above like shown here, I missed the balcony and landed below. I didn't notice that, There was no page there, so I thought I picked it before... Now, rechecking everything, I checked this part also and realized I can't land at the balcony. Jumping from above isn't a perfect way, I failed three times. Better get there from the other side, using wooden blocks! I did that and finally got the page!
use soulsplitter normally one of teh ghosts moves to the pressure plate, now this wont work anymore. u jump on the first raised block, normally u have a pillar u can move around near u. use this to get to the second block, then use soulsplitter and move the pillar next to the second block. cancel soulsplitter, climb up the pilllar and ur across the gap
problems with the first jump? jump on the first podium, then on the golden column, and then on the second podium. there you have to grab the golden column with the death grip, and pull it by the side of the second podium. jump-jump-finish. sry, my english is not the best :D

5:35 if you're doing this after you get soul split climb that bronze piller thing split and use one of the souls to move it closer to the other side

did you know how to zoom it in like that? i press every button of my controller none of that worked..
Press the Right Stick then you'll enter aim mode which zooms you in hope this helped :D

Soul Splitting works. At the beginning for example just leave the statue on the platform and have the other guy move it where you need.

Help! I've followed the whole video and checked every location, but I only have 39/40.
Wow, I just got it. It was the one in stonefather's vale, except I picked it up yesterday, I guess I didn't save when I quit.

Great guide! Sadly I am only missing one page and I have gone through all 40 locations 3 times now and I think my game is glitched. :( Do these reset on a new game+?

When you start a NewGame+, you keep your armor, weapons, and bonuses from Blackroot (when you gave him some stonebites).
You won't have your Book of the Dead pages, unsold relics and unsold stonebites anymore (these "quests" will restart), so you'll be able to unlock another time the tombs.
If I'm wrong, feel free to correct. ;-)

Just located my missing page, it was number #32. :)
I was also thinking I'm missing one. Spent half of a day rechecking everything. What I missed was page 5! When I first jumped from above like shown here, I missed the balcony and landed below. I didn't notice that, There was no page there, so I thought I picked it before... Now, rechecking everything, I checked this part also and realized I can't land at the balcony. Jumping from above isn't a perfect way, I failed three times. Better get there from the other side, using wooden blocks! I did that and finally got the page!

use soulsplitter
normally one of teh ghosts moves to the pressure plate, now this wont work anymore.
u jump on the first raised block, normally u have a pillar u can move around near u.
use this to get to the second block, then use soulsplitter and move the pillar next to the second block. cancel soulsplitter, climb up the pilllar and ur across the gap
problems with the first jump?
jump on the first podium, then on the golden column, and then on the second podium. there you have to grab the golden column with the death grip, and pull it by the side of the second podium. jump-jump-finish.
