I watched this anime over the course of a week or two. It became my new favorite anime immediately. I just wish there were more episodes so I could continue enjoying it.

Though in a later scene it can be implied through the flashbacks to the circumcision convo and Koyuki having a visual gut reaction to the lyrics whilst saying "at least Saitou doesn't care about what others think", because Saitou expressed his feelings the night before (the same night he had the feelings of circumcision for Momoko) in order to write the lyrics. If you want to check for yourself it's all in the first 10 minutes of episode 22.
I have to say, this is one of the greatest songs I have ever heard, especially considering it's sung by a voice actor, from one of the best animes I've ever seen.

@@greco-romano9852 i know its some time later but its not about the story being at an ok closure point. this is just one of the the only shows i felt so in tune with some of the characters that i legit think about and miss them somtimes and wish i got to spend more time with them. that feeling of finding something you love when something is shit and even when everything around seems like chaos the thing you love is still there supporting you. not to many shows capture that feeling.
I did some reading. Seeings this anime has one of the greatest Music Composers in its name "Beck" Of course I was curious to see if he had his hands on some of the music. I found out by my surprise that the JP Band that made the opening Theme worked with the Voice Actors to Right Songs in there Wheel House. I have yet to watch the JP version but I think its cool musicians sat down with the actors to do this at the least

one of my all-time favourite anime. It made me realise both myself and also realise my love for rock music. I mean it's just beautiful, really, really, is something in another league. I will always be thankful that I watched it.
Man I love this show so much I wish it was on Netflix or crunchy roll, the English dub is the only one I've seen but I personally think its the best and fitting, although the pillows appearance was pretty epic!! BECK FOREVER
Just finished the anime, really liked it. Especially the start-mid part of it (tho every part of it was awesome), since it stuck home on so many fields, for me at least. All those feels and all... great stuff. And i enjoyed all the songs is English more than in Japanese, switched to English when they started playing/singing. So, yeah. God-damn enjoyable.

I picked this anime up at a resell shop and it sat on my shelf a long time, the art looked good but I'm not musically inclined so I didnt think it would resonate with me much. But I finally watched it and it kinda fucked me up, it really speaks true about growing up and making mistakes. It made me nostalgic, and think about people I used to know. Lost loves etc. Now I sit in post-anime depression.

i simply watch it in dub becuse the the english they speak in the Japanese really fucks with you, i give them props they tryed speaking english, buts its just confusing, sometimes you dont know when there speaking Japanese or English
i remember watching beck about four years ago when my lap top screen was broken and it was messed up in the middle u know how it is if uve ever had a screen like that break well yeah watched the whole thing and i gotta say even though it was broken it was f****** epic and now i've started watching again with a new laptop screen and i gotta say its may be just a screen but its made it even better i think
@shama262 i agree its really good. and English voice actor may not be a singer but his voice suits this song. plus i have been looking for a long while for the English voice. seeing as its not the accent on the Japanese voice actor its honestly his singing. the tons he carries, its like he is straining to get the notes right etc... maybe if he sang in his native language it would have sounded better. in any case the anime its self is what matters and how it speaks to us.

The dub's voices are actually hired voice actors Brina Palencia, Greg Ayers and James Cook (for Chiba). The instrumental are unchanged from the original. However, I do like the dub better because the English is more fitting for these songs.
Where did you get this? I looked everywhere but I can only find the other english version from the soundtrack (that Grey Ayres DIDNT sing) and the guy singing is horrible and you cant make out the lyrics. Why is it that everyone's arguing about Dub vs Sub? It's still the same story. Agreed there are can be major differences in translation,but other than that we're all watching the same show. let's enjoy it. ^^
There is a huge quality gap in the dub tracks over the sub tracks. the mastering was different, slight variations in the arrangements and obviously the vocals. the vocals of the english dub are much more understandable and recorded at a higher quality. also given that the majority of the themes, not just the music itself, were influenced by western culture, both from the UK and the US, the dub comes out as being much more relatable than the sub.

I actually got to meet the guy from FUNimation that did the sound editing for the english version of this series. It was intense.
