    Welcome all, I hope you have been doing 30 days challenge well. I have something to offer today is tutorial on how to get Firefly pose to Eight-angle pose. There are quick and effective steps which will help you to develop the muscles which will be used in those asanas.
    Movements work differently in every body because we were born in different bodies!
    Try to practice these with careful and curious eye. BE CONSCIOUS in your practice. Take a pause and try to watch every move happening in your way!
    We have done Chaturangas, hip movements, and a wall stand so to open our body and trying to understand the strength and part which are untouched!
