I love the sounds of your videos, just nature, the occasional comment from you, no jangly music beloved of RUclipsrs, no endless commentary. Just a peaceful experience. Thank you
You have beautiful birds at your home. Feeding & watching the birds outside my window is such a relaxing way to spend time away from the hustle & bustle of the world. I'm especially fond of woodpeckers & owls. I have an Eastern Screech Owl nesting box in my yard & they come every year to raise their family. It's so sweet to see them sitting on the entry hole just looking out & basking in the sun.
Lovely watching your birdies at your bird feeders! I used to buy all sorts of bird seed for years upon years. But now I plant the flowers & seeds they enjoy in my gardens, instead. I can enjoy my flowers for most of the season, then come fall watch the birds come in late summer, fall and winter for the seeds! Blessings from Canada
We feed the birds at our cabin ,however we are not always there.. Mostly we have Wiskey Jacks or sometimes called Grey Jays, they are very friendly and will eat from your hand…Those-are lovely…
Gosh I do love birds Ant! That spotted woodpecker is a beauty! Lovely to see your channel! Cheers from Minnesota. I have been enjoying your projects at Kate's. Beautiful video.
Hello Anthony from Canada! I will put this on again when I do my stitching this is very peaceful and pleasant. I am here because I watched you on Kate"s channel.💙💙
This is lovely! You have so many beautiful bird species in your area! It makes me curious as to what other types of wildlife there is there. Thank you for sharing!
Hi , I love watching the birds I feed them all the time. What a peaceful video just loved it, thank you so much it’s what I do every afternoon watch my beautiful little bird friends, they really fill my day with happiness. Take care 😊 ❤ Linda from Ohio.
This made me miss my birdfeeders. Too many squirrels around. It was lovely sitting with my tea and scone and watching/listening to the sounds of the wind and the birds. Such a pleasant break. Thanks, Ant!
Very nice. Just started watching your channel. Have seen your nice work over at Kate's. I'm in southern Arizona, USA. We just have a hummingbird feeder in our roses, but the sapsuckers swing the feeder, and drain it of nectar once they discover it. We mostly have Anna's hummingbirds, lots of Gamble's quail, and morning doves around as well. Roadrunners are getting a bit more rare, as it is really getting urban in my area.
Hey Ant! I watched you building Kate’s pond and little cabin. Now I have your channel to watch as well. We’ve moved to a Senior Living Community and we can’t have bird feeders but watching and listening to your birds is so very enjoyable. Thank you so much. Priscilla🇺🇸
So lovely to see the British birds again. And the general birdsong which is missing in my part of Northern California. Cheeky woodpecker playing peek-a-boo. I liked your cat getting all excited at the TV, on the short you posted. No bird feeders in my garden as our cat is a real hunter. He keeps the rat and mice population down for sure.
Awe! love watching birds and hearing there chirping is relaxing to me! Thank you for the great videos, what a nice start to youtubing ! You’re doing fantastic for your first time!! Happy Easter!
Thank you for the wonderful videos ♡ I haven't been outside in years - really enjoy going outside virtually with you ♡ Thank you for sharing your days with us
Birds are some of God’s most beautiful creatures❣️Loved the peaceful way you filmed this….we have so many squirrels here in Georgia that attack our feeders 🙁
Hello from Carthage Indiana USA! Hopped over here from Kate"s channel. So enjoyed the brilliant work you did in TLHG and am looking forward to watching your channel. Sooo glad you started one. Good luck!
Hi Ant&Co, I have followed you over from Kate's channel. Isn't it lovely that whatever age we are we can start a new project or hobby. Have fun and follow your dreams.
What a variety of birds visit your feeders, very different from the birds in my garden in urban Hampshire. Loved seeing and hearing them, thanks for sharing 😊
Quite a few of us feeling rather envious I reckon. Honestly, the sound of birdsong alone is amazing. I had a woodpecker on my feeders today, but the pesky woodpigeons scared him off!
Hi Ant!!! another wonder-filled posting. thank you for taking us on the outting. Is this Kate's lake, where you take care of fishing boats & stocking (that was another terrific post, HUGE fish)? Take care, look forward to seeing you with Kate at the Cabin. cheers from Northern California
HI again Ant, hey would you consider giving us a history of your house? How old is it? what additions might have been made, etc. You have an absolutely beautiful setting, by the way. Cheers again, Fern in Minnesota
Hi, Ant. I’m glad that you named the birds that were visiting your feeders. I thought I saw the woodpecker and the gold finches. I’m watching from Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, so the birds that I see here are different. We get woodpeckers and gold finches but no tits.
I love watching the birds. I had to stop feeding our birds because we got a dog and the dog was eating the leftover seeds on the ground and she was getting sick. I miss the birds so much so thank you very much for showing us your birds and bird feeders. Your birds are so different than our birds in IL. I also love all the different bird noises they make.
Bravo! Just the birds - . I am a bird watcher so this was wonderful - esp . no music or human voice. - loved that I got to see what birds are where you live. I live in Madison Wi. so almost all were new to me and just as much fun to watch as here. Only the siskin is the same as ours. thanks for filming this! More people should take a hint from you and just leave the camera and birds speak for themselves. It was fun bird watching while eating my home made pizza:))
I so enjoyed this video. I like to watch "Live Cams" of bird feeders from different states, or even countries, but this time I felt as though this was from a friend. Thank you. Suzanne 🇺🇸
What a calming, peaceful video! Wish i could put it on constant replay and put it on to read, sleep, stitch. Is that your house with that beautiful view??
Hello! I'm in Ohio and the birds do not seem to like my suet this year! I had it from last summer, maybe too old?? Thanks, love the videos. PS...I also have an outdoor cat that I didn't have last year. Maybe they don't like the cat?
What a great idea. Just watch the birds. This is ideal for Nature 😮Journalers who don’t have a lot of access to birds. I think I will have to introduce my friends to this. Thank you Mr. White. And thank you Kate from “The Last Homely House” where Ant (called so by Kate) is building a lovely cabin.
@@ants_countrylife That would be nice,I built an aviary years ago and kept Budgies, mainly rescued ones, also a couple of cockateils.I had to give them away eventually as I got allergic to them, broke my heart/ I've grown up with birds. Found your channel through Kate, Good stuff!
I love the sounds of your videos, just nature, the occasional comment from you, no jangly music beloved of RUclipsrs, no endless commentary. Just a peaceful experience. Thank you

Welcome!!
Nature tv at its best! It's fun to see the different bird varieties that visit your feeders. We are big bird lovers in our family too.

What a gorgeous procession of birds. I love sitting outside on our decking watching and listening to the birds out the back. Greetings from Australia.
Glad you enjoyed it
wow.....a great spotted Woodpecker...................beautiful☘☘☘
Ant, how is it that the squirrels are not in the feeders? Thank you, as always for this lovely video!❤
We get the odd one but they seem to stay away maybe there’s too many people about for them
The small birds seemed very content with their feeding. The big bird definitely wasn't!
The big bird was the woodpecker, they are a very shy bird
I so enjoyed this video. I like to watch "Live Cams" of bird feeders from different states, or even countries, but this time I felt as though this was from a friend. Thank you. Suzanne 🇺🇸
Glad you enjoyed it!
Golly, they know where they can have a meal without anyone watching.
The birds are enjoying the food, a couple of them in particular, all good
Such a lovely video ♡ very peaceful 🐦 i really enjoyed watching the birds ♡ thank you
Thanks!
Thankyou so much that’s very kind
Do you have cardinals and blue jays visit the feeders?
No we don’t get them in England but we do get jays just not blue ones
What a calming, peaceful video! Wish i could put it on constant replay and put it on to read, sleep, stitch. Is that your house with that beautiful view??
Lovely view thank you for sharing .❤

Loved the video. Birds are so beautiful 😊
My sisters bird table was destroyed but a woodpecker…. Fascinating to watch but she did need to replace it ultimately !!, 😂
It’s always nice to see the woodpecker even if it damages the feeders
How do you get the squirrels to leave the feeders alone? What a beautiful woodpecker❤
Miss Penny is in the garden slot and I think that discourages them
My cat is mesmerized 😂😂😂
Are they woodpeckers?
Wouldn't think there was anyone nearby if it weren't for the occasional vehicle noise. Love it. Do wevseevthe dove or just get audio?
The doves do come and go but there very wary
No squirrels?
No we don’t get them coming in to the garden very often I think miss Penny chases them away
Lovely 😊have you got a pet Budgie by any chance? lol
Hi yes I do I have an outdoor flight with budgies in they are nesting at the moment and I may show them in a video in the future
