Thoughts produces feelings that will be actions and happenings based on what these feelings frequencies attract. Try to observe yourself when having a negative thought, stop it right there in its cradle. Substitute that negative thought with a little more positive one. When you take control of your thoughts you take control of your life. It is not easy, but small steps can make great progress.
