HussaR it mean 1440p on 4k tv.. Because ps4 pro will not run 1440p on a 1440p monitor... Actually they can implement this game at 2160p checkerboard but it will take time to do it, .. Sony first party developers is the only developer can perfect checkerboard 4k,.

The pro is a little bit superior, but not a next gen worthy, I'm ok with my ps4 slim for now.

Trust me, it is worthy. Same thought with you half a year ago when i was playing nicely with my slim. I was like “ not so much different on comparison videos, why buying “ but u gonna use it to really know why it is woth it.
Recently, it was a big holiday in my country and the ps4 pro got 30% off so I gave it a try though my 42 inch TV was bought 10 years ago and only 1080p processable.
Nevertheless, it still gives me a much much better experience. With better detail and effect in game. Smoother and way way less drop in fps. Especially Read Dead 2, Ive been playing this game on slim for 2 months and 2 months on Pro. Slim suffered many drops in fps whenever i headed to town like Valentine, Delhin.. but not with pro. Smooth af and I can run, cause massacre, spin my screen like hell and still smooth like a damn fruity.
I know its not next gen, obviously. But its a big big upgrade for 100$ gap, with double storage, the graphics is better, more effect, detail, better texture, run smoother with higher as well as more stable frames and also a hella boost mode.
Even with a 1080p TV owner like me, it still proves the worthiness even without 4k quality. It also makes me feel sufficient, ready and secured for the next 3-4 years of gaming, or the upcoming top notch exclusive like daysgone, the last of us 2.
Now i even gonna buy a brand new 4k Tv to enjoy it at a better quality, better color dimension with hdr and deep color or so on.

@@rodolfobarquero4679 Makes a big difference with VR and 60fps mode in certain games. Also more stable frame rates and higher resolutions. If you don't have PSVR or a 4K TV then not really worth it.

The ambient occlusion and lighting is much better on Pro, I’m kinda surprised though that textures seem to be the very same.

@Jonathan Soko yea, fps is trash, like in almost avery console game, but the game looks fucking awesome, even on medium details on console... And i can play it on my shitty gtx1050ti system on high setting ..... this engine is just absolute good, the system requierement on medium is very low, but the game still looks nice and you have also a good anti aliasing..... i never saw a game with such well balanced and intelligent graphic presets on PC.
Metro exodus is by far one of the best shooters since HL2 for me, even with this outstanding shit dialogues. cant wait for my new PC after summer 2019, so i can enjoy the full power of this engine...

The Pro uses the same settings as the X, higher geometry, better textures, and higher effects just runs at 1440p, and as always you cannot see differences on a fucking compressed RUclips video.
Why can't the pro just do 1080p uncapped framerate? Its entirety possible for it to go over 30 fps. I don't know if this is just me or not but I'd rather have 1080p higher fps than 1440p 30fps locked, just because so and so said console doesn't get more than 30

The ps4 pro is a gimmick, no teal upgrade just different shades of color. Slightly. I had one and sold it for the slim because the only difference I noticed was ps pro got way hotter and louder. Causes your power bill to go up because it uses 50% more power for no reason.
I doubt your story about selling your pro to get a slim... that's just nonsense and yes the PS4 holds up well in this game. But watch other comparisons videos. Some have major upgrades using the pro oh and your power bill going up cuz the pro uses more power lol come on now...

Is there no HDR on the base Ps4?
I'm currently playing it but found no option nor it is automaticaly activated.
HDR sucks. Whenever I turn HDR on the textures look more unrealistic, it's makes the entire frame look distorted.
This comparison in 1080p video dont do this game justice.I have both ps4 and ps4pro and 4k is like night and day.The game on ps4 looks like a ps3 game.

ME is always 1080p with my PS4 Pro using Sony 65" 4K OLED TV and another 4K TV. There are no video/graphics settings available to toggle frame rate vs quality like SOTR. Never got 4K out of ME . Other games like FIFA21/FarCry5 runs fine at 4K output in same setup. However if HDR is enabled output defaults back to 1080p.

This game is constantly glitching up as you walk anywhere grass, buildings, mutants, pop up at any given time. It freezes up constantly, the loading time is ridiculously long. This semi open world game is dead. It lacks the Polish of the first two games. Why did they f this game up?? I mean literally I cannot play it that long but I must because I paid $64 for crap. Trade-in value only $22.... And I'm sorry the graphics are prehistoric people need to stop lying about how it looks and be honest.

Game runs like absolute ass on my base PS4, especially during shooting no chances you get anything above 20fps. So bad I had to stop playing.

Привет,на самом деле разница небольшая по сравнению с про версией, ну да где то у про получше тени ну она не стоит того что бы переплачивать. п.с а вобще лучше в такие шутеры играть на ПК с клавиатурой и мышью (у самого пк и слимка пс4) это мое личное мнение т.к имею обе платформы
