It's actually true though, because in origami you are only supposed to fold the piece of paper you have. And plus you can't have any tape,glue, scissors etc. Or otherwise it's not an origami

you can use just a plain sticky note but make sure to rub the sticky part off on a flat surface so it does not mess it up

Excellent!!! You don’t even need a glue!!! If you fold it a bit the head -triangle in the middle, it will just stay together!!! Perfect activity with a child! Makes a perfect gift too!
