It is liberating to dare show your fears, your hypersensitivity, your "weaknesses", your "flaws", when you will be comfortable with this part of you, it will be completely indifferent to what others judge it, when you have accepted it, whether others accept it or not, Criticise or not, it will no longer matter or in any case much less.
But if you ignore your vulnerability, you risk moving away from that acceptance and inner fulfillment.

C’est difficile de parler ou écouter une personne qui ne nous regarde pas dans les yeux mais là c’est carrément un repoussoir. Et vous ? Vous acceptez quand d’être vous et de vous afficher ?

Bonjour @@luxurybio1792 c'est fascinant de voir jusqu'où vous arrivez à pousser votre réflexion, c'est à dire pas très loin. Il aurait certainement été plus intéressant de demander déjà pourquoi ce chapeau. Ensuite je vais faire court, quand on perd 2min de son temps pour lâcher un commentaire sur un ton aussi agacé pour une histoire de chapeau, c'est que vous devez être tendu, prenez une tisane, allez respirer en nature et zen 🌱 En quoi masquer les yeux serait être faux ? Où est le rapport ? La nature d'une personne n'a rien à voir avec son apparence physique, on le sait encore plus quand on voit les faits divers 🙄

​@@IlaSky. Et moi je rajouterais, quand on est dans le jugement, c'est qu'on a un très gros blocage intérieur à travailler, alors vite au boulot ou passe ta route 😉 et moi Mam'zelle chapeau, moi je te kiffe, tel que tu es, c'est-à-dire toi-même pas une façade pour faire plaisir aux autres 🤷😁👌🌹
