    If you are thinking of getting this for your trailer, DO IT! Definitely worth the money!

    Also not sure if it matters which way the latch assemblies go. I believe it can go either way.

    Good info bro! I’m gonna be needing a trailer here soon and I definitely prefer that over the straps 👌🏾

    So, with a heavier bike, 600 lbs or so, also a bit top heavy, that back will hold it tight and you don't have to worry about the front wheel turning / sliding and the bike now twisting and trying to torque and tear stuff up on the rear axle because the front wheel is turned and trying to fall over?

    • @itsmeericb
      @itsmeericb  7 месяцев назад

      I have notice the front wheel turning some, but my bike is a lot lighter. I haven’t had any issues and I leave my bars turned after it’s loaded. You could do a strap in front but it would defeat the whole purpose of using the pitbull in an expedient manner.

    quick question, but when drilling into the floor, shouldn't you at least drill one set through the frame for added security? would the plywood floor by itself be strong enough? and I just subscribed !!! great content

    • @itsmeericb
      @itsmeericb  2 года назад

      Hey welcome to the channel and thanks for subscribing! Well in theory you could do that but not all trailers will line up just right. You have to get the weight distribution of the bike line up right with the axle of the trailer so it’s not swaying. The wood floor will hold just fine as it’s thick enough to hold the weight of a 400lb motorcycle. Same thing if you were drilling for anchor points at each corner for straps.

    Could you fit 2 bikes in this trailer with 2 of these chocks?

    • @itsmeericb
      @itsmeericb  Месяц назад +1

      It’s a possibility, would just be really tight. I’ve thought about that myself.

    I like the look of this system but it would be better if the base plate you screwed in was able to slide up and down the trailler like the condor e track adapter kit does.

    Eric, this is an awesome video. Question for you. The pins. Do they fit a wide arrange of bikes? I'm thinking of buying this for my trailer to transport bikes but not sure if I'll have to buy a different set of pins for each motorcycle manufacturer.

    • @itsmeericb
      @itsmeericb  Год назад +1

      Unfortunately you have to buy specific pins for each bike. The restraint itself is universal but not the pins. When I sold my R6 I had to get different pins for my RC8.

      @edmondlau511 Год назад

      @@itsmeericb thank you for the quick response! I'm wondering how many different sets of pins there are. I think I saw 3 different sets on their website. Do you know? Also, do you think this system is adequate for the larger/heavier bikes?
