Thank you so much for your review and demo! I was so exasperated by other reviewers just holding it and talking non-stop and didnt even bother to show it in action! The fact that I can see the laptop fan-mount's fan blades spinning while you're blowing it is the best demo of its power! Just ordered one and will be using it to clean my computer, keyboard as well as my bike parts.
Very informative and helpful video - the instructions out of the box leave a bit to be desired, so this is a big plus. I was able to get the smaller brush attachment to attach directly to the unit - just pull out the existing nozzle. I guess you could attach the brush to the nozzle if you want the added extension, but not sure that is how it was designed to be used.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! That's really good to know lol, had no idea the nozzle could be removed. Would make way more sense than having that really long extension now that I think about it.
It's better to leave it on the blower mode only. Since the intake is the vacuum with a filter, there will be less dust at the blower. Leave the vacuum to the big boys.
Hey, thanks for this comment! It seems so simple but I've never really tried it like that. I did it for the first time and the amount of additional power is outstanding!
Honestly that's kind of impressive if it can move even more air than shown, looked plenty powerful before. I was fully expecting it to be weak but it seems worth the price as long as it doesn't break within a few years.
@@fortris I've used mine on an almost every day basis and its still holding up strong. And the battery life is spectacular! It definitely surprised me with its power, and I was a huge fan of compressed air myself.
Looks like they were lazy on the interface, you must cycle through low and high mode every time you use it. That would be fine if you could press it once for low and double click for high or from low double click to turn it off but it does not register double presses you must wait about a sec before pressing the button again. Or is this just my unit? A simple user interface would be single click to turn on the unit and double click to change speed and a single click turns it off. Memory turns it on at the last speed you used. Other than that we are very impressed with the units capabilities and is much much stronger than the standalone blower with the very nice trigger button (press trigger to turn on them let go it turns off and double click to turn constant on them click to turn off) This company could create a revolutionary product with full user RPM control and different shaped nozzles etc, hopefully they continue improving on this product. I’m very surprised they have no competition. It’s literally an item that every household needs that most don’t have.
Thanks, I appreciate it! Unfortunately I haven't, I was actually thinking about picking one up the other day to compare the difference in the blower. Stay tuned for that video, I just might do the comparison soon.
@@ReggieTECH I asked the question on Amazon and got two replies. The second one is from the seller/company? But I think it's a bit $$$ for the 2 in 1. Have you tried the Merkmark Air Duster? It's a recently popular air duster that looks close to Opolar's first air duster, but it seems to come with specs that are much higher. I was wondering if that would be a better duster than Opolar's 2 in 1 since it's more recent.
I'm sold on this. I was gonna get the one that was just an air duster but found this one that has a vacuum as well. It is a bit expensive but I think it'll be worth Gj on the review 👍
@Cowicide Actually it still works after 2 years. Only thing is the battery isn't the best but it still works fine. I can't find this specific product on Amazon anymore tho but there are similar ones from different brands
Yes, actually I did start to notice that after making this video. I realized that it takes in air not only from the vents on the side but also from the vaccum section. I think its a great thing in my opinion though, as your dusting the dust in the air is getting pulled right in. Hope this helps!
@@ReggieTECH I thought mine might have been faulty, but yes I suppose you're right - it's a good thing to be pulling in the dust from the air as it get's blown around. Thanks for confirming... 👍
I did it backwards... First I bought it, then I researched it. lol I'm waiting for it to get here. Good review! Did you do an endurance test to measure the battery life?
Lol, best way to by something! I'm glad you enjoyed the review, the battery lasts quite a while. Haven't done an actual test but I use it for a few minutes here and there and it lasts for around two or three weeks depending on the amount of use. Hope this helps!
@@ReggieTECH The seller claims up to 30 minutes, that's why I asked. But this is mainly for electronic devices... You don't use it to clean your entire house. So, 10-15 minutes is enough, I guess.
@@Lucian_Andries I think it lasts longer than that in my opinion. I might actually run that test lol. But yes, your right its just mostly used for small things, so it will be fine for the proper applications.
@@ericignatius8666 it's awesome, it works better than I expected and it feels like a premium product, high quality materials, I would like to know where to buy replacement filters though, I contacted opolar and waiting for reply back but I would give this a 5 stars, just need to see how reliable it is over a longer period of time
I had this duster and it was actually very good when it was working. When i first got it out of the box it had something rattling around inside. I managed to get it out and it was a piece of metal about 3mm long. All was working good until about 1month later and i started to notice the speed of the motor was fluctuating and sometimes when i switched it on it would stutter for a few seconds before actually working properly. After another 2months the motor gave up completely and just stopped whilst i was using it. Even though it was still within the 1 year manufacturers warranty as stated on the box. Opolar refused to do anything about it. Even though it stats in the instruction manual that for all warranty claims you need to contact Opolar. After the first 2 emails i had sent and got replies to they then started completely ignoring my emails. I sent around 4 or 5 emails which i got no reply to at all. So from my personal experience i would AVOID opolar because they dont care about their customers.
When he said it was gonna sound like a airplane taking off i was like..bet it wont....here to say i was wrong..sounds legit just like when plane is taking off lol..
Over time, the cheap Chineese made battery that is in this blower will start to de-grade and loose charge. You'll be buying new batteries just like Cans of Air lol I recommend purchasing a compressor/blower that has a electrical cord where you can plug into the wall, you get much more powerfull motors and there is no battery that will go bad over time. In my opinion, this product is Junk.

I think you must remove the filter before use blower mode. The filter will block flow and make low airflow
