i’ve been playing sims for as long as i can remember and sims 2 and 3 will forever be my favorite. if they have a sims 5, i think it should be like an updated sims 3 with lots of elements from sims 4
I agree completely. I miss the open world concept from 3 along with horses from the pets pack. The color wheel and design editor were super important to me as it allowed me to fine tune how i wanted my sims style to come off as. Now with 4 im stuck making nearly the same room over and over again until i learned how to use mods. Mods greatly improved sims 4 for me but i find it sad it was nearly unplayable after a few weeks without the mods because of limited creativity
Sims remastered!!! I realy want EA to do this now, whether it be sims 2 or 3 that they remaster I don't mind.
Just mix sims 3&4 and you’ve got the best sim game ever.

Jeanette Loveless Same. I love the AI of the sims 4 but there just feels like so much missing. It’s a good game. Yeah when it came out it wasn’t what everyone wanted. But it became better. I wish I haven’t invested as much as I had into the sims 4 and did so in the sims 3. I can’t wait to see what the sims 5 has to offer.

Sims 5 must be the combination of the sims sims2 sims3 and sims4 and sims 5 must be free
@@jacquesmatthew5331 if that was the case it wouldn't be free. But Ea would never give good content for free anyways becuase they're money hungry. At least the Sims 4 base Game should've been free since the start.

The only main sims games I’ve played are Sims 3 & 4. There’s certain features from both that I prefer from each other

You totally missed TS2 for PSP and the console versions of 1, 2, and 3 plus Bustin' Out, Urbz, and Castaway which are all their own games. I hope this means you'll be doing a separate episode on the console and portable versions at some point!
bonus fact : in sims 1. you cant use rosebud before you install expansion pack. you have to use kaching.
That's true, but "kaching" came after The Sims 2. The cheat code that could be used in the game if the player didn't own any the expansion packs, the code was "klapaucius".

Me and my sisters use to fight over the family computer to play this game and we would stay up all night playing it, lol!!
Sims 3 takes place all over time. each "world" is in its own timeline. Meaning while the base game world Sunset Valley is 25 years in the past. other worlds might be 100 years in the future or 60 years in the past
On the astronaut costume that dogs (and Sims, I think) wear, there's a Spore logo icon on the left shoulder. I thought that was a lovely easter egg since Maxis created Spore.
I only ever played the Sims 2... it was fun. Don't think we ever got any expansion packs though. Good childhood memories.

I remember having games for our Wii when I was younger, they were called “My Sims” and “My Sims Kingdom”. They were really fun and that’s where the little statues from time capsules are from! They weren’t very similar to the PC games other than you had a character that you could design or edit to some extent.

... There are goals in the sims. Every sim has to have an aspiration and most sims have jobs. And because its a sandbox there are so many challenges to do.

One fact for translate: after vacation expansion pack the game was finally translated into Finnish and the names of the packs were changed to Finnish, except Superstar and other packs which were already released are remained as it was. Examble Vacation is "Lomalla", Unleashed is "Lemmikit" and Makin' magic is "Taikaa".
There is still few thinks, what aren't translated as "Spray" wasn't "Ruiskuta", when click on the cockroaches in The Sims and somehow in The Sims 2 Kitchen & Bath Stuff pack dishwasher says "Get Out Of The Way" and compactor says "Tinker" even they should be "Näpertele" in finnish if player own The Sims 2 FreeTime expansion pack :/ ...

In regards to that Breaking Bad thing, Sims music has been used in random places you wouldn't expect for years. I've personally heard Sims 3 music in an episode of Impractical Jokers and a documentary about a raccoon. Also, I believe, in a baking show my mom watches. Weird shit.

Sims 2 was/still is my favorite it was extremely fun and interactive plus you cannot get bored.That's one of the main reasons why I got Sims4. Cause I though it would have great details like sims 2 and nice like sims 3 just with Great graphics that sims 4 has boy was I disappointed
The Sims was one of our first PS2 games. We ended up getting Sims 2, Sims 2 Pets and Sims Bustin' Out for the PS2. Out of the family, it was actually my mum that played them the most, and beat them. Sims 1, 2 and Bustin' Out, mum beat the story lines, she got to the top of her career and got up to the final house. In Sims 2 Pets, she ended up buying the most expensive property (an island in the shape of a fish) and once again, got to the top of her career, build a giant mansion, and lived there with her 4 cats. She stopped playing once we got our PS3 and got Sims 3 for it. She didn't like how different the controls were and didn't play them :( shame.

i have owned every sims game to date and it makes me sad you did not mention the goal oriented sims 2 for the ps2 or the supernatural expansion for sims 3 because you could make your sims any color and a fairy that had a tiny house you would shrink into and werewolfs!!!!! oh well i guess you only had room for 101 facts and the sims is huge. i will of course forgive you sam because i love you...

Does anyone remember the sims on pc with the h&m expansion pack? I used to know the cheats to slow time and have unlimited money, I'd take over my favourite house and make my own family....it was the best game and you didn't need the internet to play.

Minus, the dozens and dozens of DLC packs they want you to pay for? Sure, but till they keep milking out these packs, nah.
People ask for the packs. In sims 3 they were super money hungry with the story (40£ for a neighbourhood is ridiculous) and I suppose they were the same at the start of sims 4 with lots of stuff packs, but now they only release stuff that people ask for
