Definitely similar to Bono & the boys, as an 80s teen I can't help but notice a twinge of young Bono in Eli's voice & also an influence of young Edge's driving licks. On the other hand, these kids are AWESOME no matter who their parents are!!!
Excellent. Dont judge on the U2 connection. Cheer Up Baby is better than almost all U2 songs. Bonoson has a great vocal presence and awesome voice. He does sound like his Dad but that should hardly be a surprise. The band may have had a massive leg up due to the U2 connection but their talent is their own and could never be gifted. Such potential.
