Another person that doesn't watch trailers, that's refreshing. They just show so much now. Have you seen In a Violent Nature? I think Late Night with the Devil, Long Legs & Violent Nature have been mine faves so far.
The first omen is definitely on my radar. I love to see Abigail getting the love. Definitely one of my favorite movies of the year. An overall very fun viewing experience with a great cast.
Taking a slower well filmed approach to The First Omen made it successful and Nell Tiger Free is just so uniquely gorgeous that it's hard not to be intrigued. Servant is an excellent show with her also. Also agree Abigail is fun, not horror.
We in there like swim wear. I really enjoyed Late Night with the Devil and The First Omen. Abigail was sadly hurt by me seeing the trailer and the first hour really drags when you know what's going to happen. Also, for personal reasons, I love Lisa Frankenstein despite it not being a "good movie" in the conventional sense. Is a Longlegs review in our future?
Ah man, I’m sorry the trailer ruined that for you. 🤦🏾♂️ I’m glad you at least got to enjoy LNWTD, The First Omen, and Lisa Frankenstein. And we very well may have a Longlegs review, stay tuned 👀
@TerrorofTehk had I not gone into Abigail knowing it's a vampire movie I'd have thought it was more solid. I'll be seeing Longlegs again this week, probably more than once.
Ya know what, fuck it, let’s take this journey. You popped up in my first scroll into RUclips early as hell in the morning, and I wanted to see something about what is out this year, even if just one genre. And here I am. I liked “Late Night With The Devil”, but is it the best, or, maybe, not that good, in some people’s opinion? Well, yeah. Good acting, solid casting, the cinematography was subdued but fitting. But the story, and the ending, are weak, like, very weak, in my opinion.
Interesting, what about the story and ending did you not like? To me, stylistically it was so refreshing to see a horror movie this creative so that def probably boosts it good bit even if with some of its flaws

Yes they absolutely ruin the movies. It’s sad. But I have not seen Violent Nature, I will have to check that out! Also Longlegs review coming 👀
I still need to watch late night with the devil , I was so excited for it to come out
I think you’ll like it! It’s different from any other horror movie I’ve seen
Late night with the Devil is available to stream on Shudder just so ya know. 😊
There we go! Appreciate you 👻
I liked that film
The first omen was crazy like I just never knew what was about to happen next

Late Night with the Devil is on AMC+

Im not a big fan of the original omen, but the new one sounds interesting
Give it a shot!
I have so many movies to watch. I’m not a fan of the Omen series, but all the other recommendations sound good.
Did you check out long legs yet?
I haven’t yet. But I do look forward to watching it! Have you?
