Excellent video. My heart was pounding with you through the whole video as it's quite similar to the routine I do at least 3 nights a week. For me, it's: a) 1 full bout in Thrill of the Fight (currently fighting guys for 4 or 5 rounds) b) 1 session of Les Mills (I actually play the exact same stage you did in the video--and repeat the same stage. High intensity at 17mins long is just perfect.) c) Synthriders (3x speed at Expert level) until I simply get too tired. Usually 30mins - 1 hr. (Sorry, Beat Saber really doesn't cut it for me). I love playing Synthriders so much that I made a promise to myself that I'm not allowed to play until I finish a) and b). Synth is my "reward", which is great motivation to always follow through. Been doing this for over a year and I love it. Thanks for sharing your experience with everyone. Keep kicking ass!
Im addicted to Beat Saber and absolutely love it! I sweat so much playing and burn so many calories, but reading this I feel like I need to give Synthriders another try! I have it but only played it a couple times.
Great job and its harder than it looks I burn about 250 cals an hour playing Beat Saber normally on Hard Mode, which is pretty chill. And I love Less Mills
Great job! LesMills is LEGIT *fire* as an XR workout. I will only play that in MR pass through mode as I don’t wanna risk kicking one of my cats again (nobody tell my wife about that…). Brazen Blaze has become my go to shameless fanboy XR sweat breaker game. Using my Kat Walk with Brazen Blaze (PCVR) makes it a legit sport, not just a VR esport, but a sport **sport**

I love the idea: Warm up with beat saber Get your boxing training with Les Mills Get your Zone 5 with the thrill of the fight And then get the rest of the workout with the other apps. This is great!
I use a sweat resistant or absorbent face cover! That way I don’t have to worry about it effecting my system. VRCover is a good absorbent and any silicone face covers are good resistants :)

@@KaleahVR it’s pretty much Super Smash Brothers in full first person VR, and you “flap” your arms down to jump. I’m dipping sweat after 5 minutes.

Did you notice much of a difference between the calorie count on the fitbit and from Oculus move?
I don’t have oculus move set up on my headset, mainly because it just guesses my heart rate. I’ve found it to be very inaccurate 😫

A little over 2 hours! After Lesmills I ended up burning 1,060 calories 🕺🏾
