Be proud of yourself because just admitting you need help is breaking that cycle!
You're showing your son it's ok to feel and express it and when you need help with it, it's ok to go out and get it!
You're showing him exactly how strong you are to help yourself so you can be the best for him! You're speaking up and being honest and doing the right thing for you and your family.
