That's not true girl if you sweat alot you should bath daily if you don't sweat you can skip it For skin getting dry body lotion's body oils, body butters do EXIST! Deodorant has never caused darkness which kind of deodorants you're using you should read ingredient list first

And deodorants containing aluminium cause darkening of armpits and most roll ons (including Fa ka roll on) has aluminium in its ingredient. Again, I'm just putting out some things I've learned so people r informed.

By showering she refers to just washing not using soap daily cause that can remove all the good bateria from your body and it will start to dry out and will cause problems. If you cant wash daily maybe after 2 days or so, but during that time you can use soap on every wash its totally fine. Also totally agree with the cold shower thing. Even in this cold I am taking cold showers, it really gives you the boost that you need early in the morning. - Another thing for the boys don't use razors on your face, you are going to regeret it pretty quickly. I prefer a trimmer both for body and face for that clean look. But do know that not every trimmer is for body so use them carefully.

No you should bath daily or at most aik din skip kar k zaror. (& hair wash isn’t necessary)
Also, as someone who’s using deodorant since 4-5 years I haven’t yet faced any issues of darkening or pigmentation.
