Royals fan here. We’re so lucky to have him. He is literally the first royal to make it past the first round. I was devastated though.
His pitcher didnt do him any favours. It was close.

Hes literally the Royals' Pat Mahomes. Statistically the best player in baseball offensively since August of last year. And is having a Gold Glove year. What a time to be a Kansas City Sports fans. Now John Sherman needs to do the right thing next year and sign a top 5 outfielder and or 3rd baseman. Maikel Garcia just does not get it done leading off and Melendez isn't the answer in right field

I love the derby every year but they always add so many rules each year.
I love the new format. I feel like this needs to stay for a while.
i feel like this format is really good. but then again, people have different opinions
I didn't really like the new rules. I don't know if it was the pitch clock or the number of pitches they got. But I feel like the hitters were rushing and swinging at everything because they felt like they couldn't take their time.

I bet on baseball every day and I wasn’t excited for anyone of these guys in the derby. When you want to see home runs these are not the guys people are thinking about maybe Alonso because he could of 3 peated and only 1 or 2 people done it
