Looks delicious! Know this may not be a staple in most non indian kitchens….. but Adding a pinch of dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) would add an extra flavor.
I always appreciate if you're vegetarian enjoy the awsum way the dish is prepared if not add other veggies n proteins you might like!!... this looks yummmy!!
Saw the post, thankfully had all the ingredients and whipped this beauty up 🤤 a dollop of coconut yoghurt to top it off was so great!!! Thanks for the recipe
Your recipes are very good and I would love to make them. But please add the proportions. For me knowing how much of each spice or ingredient to add is everything. Especially for Indian dishes taste gets screwed up if you misproportion the spices.
I have a question tho if you're a vegetarian what's harm in eating paneer? Why choosing tofu? I feel paneer is way more tastier and the texture is also more smoother than tofu. Amazing recipe tho 🌸
This is the reason why this so called westernised Paneer/tofu/chicken tikka is so bland in taste.. Non Indians do not get the actual taste making characteristic of Indian cooking. The taste making in Indian curries like tikka does not happen due to cooking in huge amounts of tomatoe puree instead it takes place in a way where all the required spices are braised properly in oil/ghee and then a moderate amount of tomato paste is added and braised further in the cooked spice. Get the basics cleared first before showcasing a regional preparation. The spice factor is such a important thing in Indian cooking and you did not even specify which spices are added for the curry - just a bottle of purree and pre-mixed spice is what you call a tikka curry?

Can you add Closed Captions to your videos, my English isn't good so it's hard to understand other accents.
It'll taste a lot better with panner in place of tofu
Easy right 😋

They’re vegan
@@paliboy93 I saw him eating cheese just yesterday
Tru but paneer isn't very popular outside india
@@vrishtidharan3697 yeah thats why i was curious why...
Paneer has a lot of fat that the Tofu doesn’t have because it is plant based.
Can we air fry the tofu instead of baking it? With this marinade?
❤❤❤
Dude try tempeh from Malaysia
Which cheese?
Tofu is actually very similar to paneer, but
paneer is better whrn marinated
❤
I used to many red pepper flakes. I am dying.
Sounds incredible! Too bad that I cannot find vegan yogurt too easy.
You may be able to find coconut yoghurt which is usually vegan.most often it comes in vanilla & plain.
@@crankiemanx8423 I recently found a coconut yogurt and I will try this dish tomorrow! Thank you for the advice! HVe a great week!

In my opinion, tofu just doesn’t compare to paneer. I wish this was paneer instead of tofu.

One thing I've noticed you never give credit to indian foods like these but always give credit to moroccan or african dishes, why?
Maybe because most of the countries now know lots of indian dishes. Everyone now knows Tikka masala as indian dish/spice.
But I see your point.
Same, i don't like the fact that he does not give any credit to Indian cuisine.
We never use olive oil... It should be neutral oil. No cream it should be cashew. Adding sugar is north American way not indian
Non buono, di più.
