for anyone wanting to know an answer in English and the math behind it: weapon with 300 raw Atk -- Attack Boost 7 = 10% Atk +10 Bonus 10% of 300 = 30 + 10 bonus = +40 Atk when using Attack Boost 7. 300 Raw Atk weapon -- Critical hits = 25% bonus damage 25% of 300 = 75. 100% affinity is = to having a bonus of +75 Atk. Critical Boost increase the precentage bonus to 40% at Crit Boost 3. 40% of 300 = 120. 100% affinity is = to having a bonus of +120 Atk. So, weakness exploit and critical boost = +120 ATK (IF YOU HAVE 100% AFFINITY) Attack Boost 7 = +40 ATK Even if you don't have 100% affinity and only 50% from weakness exploit, the overall DPS would still be equal to gaining a bonus of around +60 ATK with WEX and Crit Boost. Now, for Charge Blade specifically, as we all know, Elemental Discharge Phial explosions can't crit. But they DO scale off of ATK bonuses. So for the biggest Phial explosion numbers, you would run Attack Boost 7. However, considering you have to attack with your weapon in order to charge up the Elemental Discharge throughout the hunt, affinity and crit boost are still viable as there are a limited number of ways of boosting your ATK. Overall DPS can suffer if you build purely for Phial explosion damage as they are not always the most reliable. Sometimes the explosions miss or there just isn't a good moment to pull off the long SAED animation. 101 damage every 1 second is better than 1000 damage every 10 seconds, so dropping down to 900 damage every 10 seconds to get 120 damage every 1 second is just an overall higher DPS. And DPS is all the matters in hunt times.
People will always complain about SAED being better but the truth is, ever since we got the buff if not loosing red shield. Majority of CB mains instantly swapped. People always liked SAED, but it made you loose the shield. Besides the sorry state of CSS makes SAED, always a better, more fun and smoothly flowing option.
Uses a speedrun as a proof for his stupid argument while also not knowing anything about the set up used in this run. 🤦♂️ I want to see you do the same run in exact time in first try to prove this. If you can't then shut up. Speedrunners make every weapon seem OP and that is vastly different from how casual people hunt. Speedrunners hunt for views, we hunt for fun and don't reset the whole thing every time a monster does a move that we don't approve or moved slightly away your attack. Also this is the same game where LS, GS, bowguns and bow exists. Why shouldn't CB be able to do decent damage if it is high risk high reward, i want to see you land that many SAED without being clapped. Also he is using the final boss set paired with adrenaline. That's the reason why he is doing so much damage but one hit and this run is over. You are clearly ignorant to how things have evolved in this game or how the speedruns work. Also i want to see you do this run without counter peak performance, Yinyin did use it alot. But since you claim it doesn't need silkbinds i want to see you do it otherwise you are asking to be corrected.

電鋸流現在還行嗎 好像沒看到大家在玩了
有一些速通视频有用电锯但是不多，主要是这版本属性瓶超解加强太多了，而且用起来很舒服。
如怪太好動，通常也是用電鋸解決，例如有人打mr100怨虎龍2分多
電鋸只是打起來沒超解爽但某些怪不好超解的還是很適合，傷害也很夠，更何況現在有新交換技用起來很方便
看個人吧、我看視頻的時候偶爾也喜歡電鋸、不過自己玩的時候比較喜歡普通的招式、可能在MHW的時候打習慣了、舊招式就是用起來舒服

for anyone wanting to know an answer in English and the math behind it:

以前貓火都會用大毅力等手段壓血,然後用小爆桶移除紅血,維持低血量來觸發貓火。而現在有新技能"伏魔響命",這個技能會一直扣玩家的血量直到一絲血,所以血量可以一直壓在最低又可以保持有紅血可以觸發“怨恨”增加攻擊力
