What did you use for wheels and axles on this? I am not crazy about the tong thing. Especially when you are putting a chain around it anyway. Maybe a piece of plate with some slots on the top to catch the chain is safer at the long end. I give you a Solid A on this. IS that an oak log,. the bark is shaggy. White Oak?

Man we would kill for that kind of flat ground over here. We have either straight up or straight down. Was it tough to make that arch? Did you stick weld or MIG?

It wasn't too hard to make... I put it together in a day and I used a stick welder. I would recommend building one. It makes moving logs so much easier!

I don't remember what size sticks I used, but I just used a standard hobart stick welder.
