    Since he believed his lying mother over wife, I'd not take him back either

      Never know who he will believe next time and there will be a next time. I've never known a person who believes that their loved one is cheating that doesn't want proof. They want to see it with their own eyes.

    I've been drinking hot tea since 1990, California, Nevada, Tennessee and now Texas. State didn't matter its what I prefer. 90% hot tea and 10% iced, no sugar or sweeteners- just tea.❤

    How many times did dshe agree to meet up with Greg, In the park, in a cafe and still they needed to arrange a meeting, Never choose a home turf for the opposition. Never choose 2 against 1.

    Why would she video tape of confession of her manipulations and then send it to her? That doesn't track. It's ridiculous. Also, they do not need to brainstorm. Show the evidence.

    Obviously the mother is the main woman in the marriage and turning loose is a healthy removal from this one way relationship with the husband 💔

    Go James!!

  • @lkofie6670
    @lkofie6670 3 месяца назад +2

    Well but Greg was played just as she was... it wasn't Greg's fault, and it's not as though he was in cahoots with his mother or it's not as though he took his mother's word for it and was aggressive towards her. He kept trying to reach out to her to talk and she kept being in HER feelings not taking the time to meet with him to talk... remember he thought SHE'D left. So he was just trying to find out what was going on with her. He defended Eva when necessary. In the face of adversity, and when everything came to light, he was willing to make BIG changes including cutting out his mother... he even sent his mother packing. Frankly, James was a distraction. If anything, I would've stayed married for myself AND to spite Clara. Plus, it's not as though she couldn't have her "new life"/job without her husband. Anyhow...I don't know about "rediscovering self..." I don't get how people make marriage sound like bondage and suddenly having fewer opportunities to humor just because they're a wife. It only becomes a balancing act.

    So Eva was easy to make a decision to take James, no wonder she picked Greg the wrong guy because she’s the kind who easily fall for a guy❗️🥴 BS😂

    How harsh a treatment by Clara. She thought she could get away with her level of harassment. Eva allowed herself to leave the baggage behind her and restart her life. New promotion, self-worth, and an ability to face the future with renewed strength. Greg was never confronted about the Gala event that he and his mother attended that was featured in the newspaper the same night Clara threw her daughter-in-law out of her own house. Nicely developed story. Thank you

    The main character in the story would obviously have lost all respect for her husband once she knew how many times mom had interfered in his relationships. Once she got the video she knew and then when she found out mom was embezzling that was the end of it. The mama's boy I was weak. I can do better stuff. It's too late. You're a grown man. You're a terrible partner

    THIS is the problem! No one wants to do the work to make marriage work! She was willing to do the work to succeed at her job but not to try to fix her marriage. He was willing to put in the work but not her. He isn't responsible for her being the person she was when her mother-in-law kicked her out.
