Budgeting for education! That’s HUGE. I fortunately obsessed a lot before I got my herd, but staying current and brushing up between seasons is definitely more commitment than I realized.
We were able to go through the process and get the other home, which I think you are referring to, to be approved as a second dwelling. Took a bit, but got it done.
