WESCAM in Canada used to make the camera / designator turrets for these. The symbology is most certainly not the CXM-15. The way you are flying this is not at all the employment method. You would normally loiter in a high orbit, use the targeting turret to designate the target and then launch from standoff.

@tukino9124 ok so let me clarify now that I have a moment. First off I was not putting down anyone's work. The Bayraktar tb2 drone uses several different turrets. I was simply indicating it was not the Wescam product. The one on display might very well be valid symbology for one of the other sensor platforms. As far as employment, all I was indicating is that this video does not represent the typical employment profile. There was nothing meant to be malicious. I would be really excited to see another video that uses the turret targeting function. In the typical employment profile the drone is set to fly an autonomous route often an orbit or figur eight while the operator use the sensor platform to locate and designate a suitable target. At that point the operator directs the drone into weapon employment parameters like range and attitude. Then the target is prosecuted with the selected weapon. I've not flown these myself but I have watched it being done in testing with this exact drone. In my case the targeting and maneuvering was being controlled via satellite link thousands of kilometers away from the drone.
Ey I tried making something like this a few years ago, it was incredibly difficult so I truly appreciate your efforts doing this. I hope your UCAV gets lots of enjoyable usage!

Looks interesting. inb4 Nick forces the author to make a 3rd party module out of this and leaves the mod dead in the water. Like what happened with the C-130J
Pretty sure the official C-130 is coming from a different dev than the mod did.

Tried the mod, from a simulation perspective, its far from ok. I cant simulate a flight or mission like would really happen. Hud and sensor markings only appear after zooming in so much that I cant even see that I'm watching a screen in a GCS. Theres still much more to improve

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The propeller doesn't work and I have no missiles on it.

can the flir look behind the UCAV? or does it work exactly like the shkval? The UCAV has autopilot features?
Works just like the shkval unfortunately, can't look behind the aircraft.
