This is a beautiful home, well done. Jealousy is nasty Amos. Why do you care what people do with their money. Control your emotions, if you dont have anything nice to say, move on. It's not your money. Actually I've decided to copy the pillars, they are fancy 🎉
❤fantastic job, I'm inspired ❤ love the landscape, please share what's the price range for land around there in the rural area, just queues so I can let my solicitor know, because we're looking in and around the mountains area not in the valley, sure would appreciate any suggestions.
We have been working on this project while away from home. Our major costs included roofing (both timber and sheets) - $3,000, window and door frames - $1,400, and window panes - $950. The structure was not too expensive. If you notice, we used farm bricks throughout and a few face bricks. But mostly, we have a very reliable contractor whom we pay directly, so money doesn't change hands too much.

Actually, In my opinion I this is a waste of money. If you check mostly, these rural homes end up abandoned. If you are a city person it wont be easy going to live in rural. That house also will not generate you any income one day, for instance renting. Its just a trend but in reality, its bulshit
Hey Amos. Thanks for you opinion. There is no need to be emotional though, and realize that people have different reasons why they build rural homes. Some wants to venture into projects, some wants to retire and some are just fed up of city life and what to go rural. So what ever stage you are in your life doesn't mean everyone is in the same including finances.
