  • Like many British writers, Millar started in comics through anthology series such as 2000AD. From there, he crossed the Atlantic with several collaborations with Grant Morrison, before going off on his own to write some of the most critically-acclaimed comic series of the last decades. He is one of the greatest comic writers of his generation, either in British comics, in Marvel, in DC, or with his growing Millarverse in Image Comics. These are the works of Mark Millar.

I think Jupiter's Legacy. May be a separate universe. It became a universe of it's own. Calling it just a work of fiction, is incorrect. The Unfunnies is actually a work of fiction in the Millarworld series.

I really don't find The Unfunnies as horror anymore. I find it always as a black comedy. There is a comic like that. And it's named Survival Street. It's basically like The Unfunnies, but with Muppets in the post-apocalyptic setting. And also a black comedy too.
