I think that work rate is why Rodgers hasn't totally binned him in the same way he has very quickly binned so many others. In my heart of hearts, I don't think Yang is good enough but there's just that wee niggling thought that if he could maybe just get a goal or something to give him a bit of extra belief.... He might still put it all together and become a very good player for us. Put it this way - Yang in January 2025 looks better than Kuhn did in January 2024

Lous palma who most don't rate and want rid of has played 35 games has 7 goals and 9 assists. Yangs numbers are not great and tbh he's not good enough but between him and palma if he can get the form back he had last season I'd play him before yang everyday, palma has shown he's got something with yang we've yet to see anything really.

“Played 36 games” is a bit of a stretch when some of those appearances have been wee 10-15 min cameos at the end of games. The way you’ve phrased it, would suggest he’s played 36x90 mins.
