- In the previous episode Goldie couldn't afford the estimate for a statue of Bronzer so asked Norma for some extra shifts at the nail salon. However, James had suggested the property for Rafe's new office so Norma sold it, leaving Goldie out of a job.
Mercedes talks Ste into paying for the statue with James' credit card, which James is not best pleased about and tells Ste he needs to decide where his loyalties lie. Romeo tries to retrieve Juliet's video message but fails, leading James to take further action in arranging for Bobby to get transferred to a secure unit at the other end of the country. Merc and the rest of the McQueens are enraged at James while James promises Juliet he's not done with them yet...
I honestly am not surprised James has done this. He doesn't handle grief well and he's lost a lot of people he loves. I was waiting for Hollyoaks to have James do something sneaking over losing Jules and he hasn't been too naughty since being in a happy loved-up state with Ste.
I watched this episode and everytime i saw James i tought i was watching Game of Thrones 😅
They are really villanizing James, aren't they? I just hope they don't make him go too far and make him unredeemable.

@@wendydenning5709 :( i feel so horrbile for James , Of course they dont , they probably hated Juliet , they'd know she'd stand up to them . John Paul has gotten worse

Here's the thing none of this would have happened if instead of acting like the spoiled bratty children that they are Mercy and Goldie had listened to James and accepted his apology for accidentally killing their dog because it was an accident it's not like he wanted to kill her also if they taken responsibility for their pets in the first place they really cared about bronzer why was she able to get out and get into James place and eat the chocolate in the first place so there your irresponsible as well should James move Bobby no but he's really upset and at least Mercedes can still go visit her son James can't visit Juliet and see her again and this is all after losing his mom too so I'm team James all the way I don't care what he does Mercy and Goldie needs to realize that they can't always get what they want and sometimes bad things happen and it's not always someone's fault and if it is you should accept their apology like an adult and move on because if they had done that they wouldn't have broken the stick James wouldn't be upset and they could get a statue for bronzer and memorialize her anyway they want and Bobby wouldn't have been moved
