Vegito blue was the first character to have anti cover change. It was on ult I think for 3 counts to stop characters like IT Goku, or Pur Bojack from stopping it.
Broly was the first character tp have blast armor. Frieza's blast armor was only added after the character balance/buff. If I'm not mistaken, he was buffed together with some other sparking characters like green piccolo, red ssj vegeta and blue pan.

Technically, the first Legends Limited character was also SSJ2 Gohan. Beerus was released before him, yes, but he wasn't an LL when he released.
