Don't remind me, that anime pissed me off! The series was already headed toward a touching send off, not perfect but decent, until the very final scene introduced 2 new characters and an upcoming calamity; A GODDAMN CLIFFHANGER, with no season 2! It's Rave Master all over again! Damn, they really want you to read the manga, huh? I hate being forced to read something when I don't have to; you should be able to read a thing cuz you want to!

But on the other hand, Sankarea is a beautiful masterpiece, which I found myself in 2014-15 and enjoyed as my first-and favorite-anime of all time. The music is timeless, the characters are full and developed, and the concept/animation is outstanding. Sankarea is truly a golden anime, and it shows through the love put into the episodes and OVA. I’m not expecting a Season 2, but the manga is just as good. Beautiful!
the cd sales is not that good and tv show is below average that make the season2 is impossible. you can read the manga if you want to know what happen next. last anime episode mainly covers the manga till Chapter 9

I just finished watching the show and the reading the manga and for some reason I want more, I want everyone to get the good ending they deserve.
Honestly I’m ignoring Chapter 56.1 lol. It’s all up for interpretation in the end though. When she says thank you for the meal, or you were delicious in the end, it’s because we know they love each other. She died to come back to him and he died to ultimately come back to her in the end... they both fought death to be with each other. In that way it’s kind of intimate even though they don’t say it to each other’s faces. I wanna believe that Rea and Chihiro end up together after all that he went through to get her back. His love for her can’t end that easily... even with his new heart lol.
God LOVED YOU so MUCH that He sent His only son to die in YOUR PLACE so you won't have to die under Gods judgement but live forever IF you fully trust in Jesus, now that he's risen. Please repent 🙏🙏🙏
