@@Whoisalexandrayou don't have to do anything specific while listening. u can listen to it when laying down, standing up, walking around, watching tv, it doesn't matter. there's nothing specific that u eat when you're listening, but if u want better results u might wanna diet like a calorie deficit. drinking water is also very good for u overall so u shoukd still be drinking a lot of water throughout the day. i have a stanley cup and i drink 1 1/2 to 2 refills of it everyday

So uh the position doesn’t really matter and you should drink a much as u can to speed it up and maybe do a simple stretch or exercise to help:p good luckkkk
1. I just mostly ate meat and rice, mostly beef no pork. 2. I can't remember what i ate when i listened to it but don't expect overnight results it could take from few hours to a few months for results to appear. 3. always drink water about 8 glass minimum(I drank 11 tho) 4. Positions don't matter much, but being relaxed and not thinking too much about it helps a lot in getting results. 5. did 1-3 minute planking every once in a while. Major Tip is don't think too much about it, just be positive and believe you already have it. To put it simply fake it till you make it.
