Informative video. Thanks for sharing the details. I’m travelling to Toronto next month and I’ve a 1 year daughter. I wanted to check if you submitted your stroller at the gate only or were you able to put it inside the overhead luggage area. Also, do they allow a full fledged pram too ( till the airplane gate). If you have a particular brand/ model which you use, please do share. I’ve a pram but I’m confused if I need to buy just a stroller for travelling.

And when landed I took it back from the gate

The flight we are taking from ABU DHABI to TORONTO andthen to Winnipeg, in this case can we send the luggage directly to winnipeg airport .

Thanks for the video. Want to ask if you were charged $2k at the airport on arrival as was announced few days back we are also a family of three travelling from India in few days so want to know what are the new rules upon landing for quarantine and testing.
No we weren't charged $2000.
The rule is not yet implemented.
As of now only covid test is mandatory after landing and that too only at Toronto Airport.
-ve covid report before boarding is also mandatory.

Authorisation letter is for those individuals whose copr has expired and they need new copr + an Authorisation letter to travel from IRCC.

If it’s a small stroller they can keep inside plane or else at the airplane gate they take it and keep in with the main luggage and give it back to you at the after landing at the airline gate before de boarding

Hi, your video is probably the perfectly detailed one for PR folks. I have QQ on your POE. Like you I also have a connecting flight with approx 4 hours layover in Pearson Intl Airport. I wonder whether that is sufficient enough as Toronto is probably the busiest in Canada and secondly, is the second and probably third immigration same for passengers exiting the airport and for those who are having connecting flight? Why I asked is that I heard the immigration for exiting passengers are on ground level and connecting flights are on Level 2 in Pearson. Could you please share your experience there?

It's a simple printout from the kiosk after you fill in you details after landing.
It's the 1st thing to do after landing(basically) it's like a declaration card. (Similar) but electronically.

I have a Air Canada flight from Del to Vancouver to Toronto(4.5hrs layover in Vancouver), any idea if the immigration will happen at Vancouver or Toronto? if immigration will be in Vancouver, is 4.5 hrs enough to go through immigration and take the connecting flight?
Immigration will happen at vancouver and 4.5 hours is more than sufficient for the next flight.
You will have ample time spare.

No they did not ask me buy they do ask generally.
The asked me how much money(CASH) do you have on you.
Plus when you land, you need to Anyway declare you cash in kiosk.
After that will be immigration.

This video is from February 2021.
And at that time authorisation letters were required from ircc.
I am not aware of the current requirements for authorisation letters. It's a letter that we got after our visas got renewed. It sated that we are good to travel with our new copr numbers.
I am travelling 2nd week of December to canada again.
