I owned a red 1977 Z-28 back in 1986-87. It was a nice tight car....big doors, lol! I hopped it up with true dual exhaust, intake, re-curved distr. and it ran a 15.4 @ 91 mph in the quarter mile.

Myself, I really love the 1974 Camaro Z/28. This year still had the small back window like the 1970, 71, 72 &73. It also had cool hood and trunk stickers that were huge Z/28 that pretty much covered the whole hood & trunk, but they were also shaped like the stripes that come on the Z's!

don't know what else is wrong with it however that under hood light doesn't come on just by raising the hood(like the trunk light). it comes on when the hood is raised and the parking/head lights are on. so my guess is that it works. also if i had the time i'd try to decode that trim tag, it appears that the A 51 seat code is correct, the interior trim color seems to be right, and the #11 paint is right. if the other "Z" suspension/chassis goodies are still there, who knows(?)
