Who would spend that much on a property without having your own compound
1.7 million USD dollars ?
Officially, this is my dream home😍!!
What we need to see from creative Africans is positivety in designing houses with a touch of Africa, not just imitating the west....
If something is good, it's good period doesn't matter where it comes from I believe.
@@Peggycool351 Only real Africans would get and understand my logic
@@mpendakiswahili3053 Nothing like real, what matters is taste, to each their own.
@@mpendakiswahili3053You have a village mentality
@@chadjohnson2916could you tell me, you make it sound as of there is something wrong wih the village mentality. What mentality do you think is best. I would like to know.
THE HOUSE IS AMAZING..... MY PROBLEM IS HAVING NEIGHBORS FOR THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY
fyi land is really really expensive in that area I bet this property would be 300 k USD if not for the land price so people from gh just know if the land price was fare the price would've been lower the land is super expensive in that area thanks amoaa love from Kenya and one love to all beautiful Africans we are one
Very surprised not to see more land and swimming pool...not a fan of the Show kitchen very badly designed. You can see where this developer has cut corners. Only supplying appliances in one kitchen and not the back or laundry room. The garden feels like your sharing with the next door neighbour's, I would liked to seen an outdoor bbq area or outdoor kitchen. Let's hope the buyer has a good relationship with their surrounding neighbour's. For a 7 bedroom villa should have underground parking for additional cars, two car is not enough.
11:22, 5m high ceilings, how do you clean?
Kindly can you link the details or websites of this investors I would love to see more of their so work and contact the yoooh guys this vila is stunning it just made me think harder 💭about buying a property at home kindly don’t forget to link and pin their contact i will really appreciate it🌸
I like how you ask questions about every feature in the house
i think i would kill myself in this soulless space
I’m so happy to see a black queen doing queenly things🤎✊🏾
A good house but overrated...not worthy the money
This is a masterpiece
It really is
Contact pls interested
The lot sizes in Ghana is not very wide , they make the houses very long taking up the whole lot making it very hard to plant gardens and tree's, the houses in Ghana will be very hot ,lack of tree's.
West Africa is generally hot
Wueeeh let me speak to God my Father about this house.
Dissapointing really....😅 Like I can easily get a better design, bigger, better.... This is not worthy of it's price
I was all the way with you on this taking in all that beauty in that million-dollar home until you showed the dark main kitchen and you lost me. Why would I want to be in a dark kitchen turning on the lights every time I am in there? smh. That was a very low percentage on that. That is one reason I would not buy that home. Disappointed.
Still watching this but didn't see much of the land around it from the beginning.
Having seen the land around it, I'm a little bit disappointed 😞
Urban areas shenanigans... but the house itself has taken much space
The land is expensive so their is less play space around in Lavington
Damn! This is like Toll brothers builders level in the USA. Ghana builders only know pricing but not this level of building. Lol
East Africa has left west Africa behind about 75 years. Ghana is overpriced and poorly built. When will they get it right
There are luxury villas like this in Ghana but they are not much cos they don't sell fast. Developers out here build what they can sell ASAP! Not everyone can afford a 1.7mill usd home. Get that straight
@@frostnelly45 Kenya and Ghana are not mates when it comes to property. Kenya's real estate is way advanced!!
@@frostnelly45 what I said about Ghana is no secret stop it.

Ghanaian developers have a lot to learn not just thinking about how to make unnecessary profits. Let your work speak truly for you first and then more doors will open for you. If this building was in Ghana, they will cost it at $5m with no proper attention to details..we inflate everything
Absolutely beautiful ….definitely my dream home love to get the plan (design) to build identical.
They're nice but it's a bit much.
Much if you have a small family, not social and love privacy... coz keeping that house clean is hard work on it's own, you need hands around
Not too much if you ask , it's worth it for the area and quality provided
Awesome thanks, kindly pls send me the house plans for one villa thanks
This lady is a professional her questions are so sensible & u beautiful too
What would it cost to have the blue print of this house
Wowwww still watching however, these are so stunning.
They are!
Dear God it's me again 🥲
That is one beautiful villa i must say. Modern architecture,...daaaamn i dare to dream
Well thought out luxury amenities with almost no dead-space!
Maame, where is your dress from? Loved the video
This is very beautiful modern home I have ever seen in the world of building, architecture, interior design, most beautiful parking. gorgeous and this is in the Land of Africa! Well Done Livingston
I know from experience going Ghana years ago, the furniture talent there of woods, is one that is very very beautiful. Praise God for People who think outside the box using their giftings to build- vision.
! 😊❤
Stunning Stunning Stunning 😍!
Right?!!😍
The finishes look exquisite 👌
The best part for me was, people are already living there 🔥🔥I mean
Someone can afford this
omg this is amazing wow and the price not bad i may even move back lol !
They didn’t want the workers cooking In a lavish kitchen.
He didnt answer that question very well, i actually cringed. 😩😩As a person who loves cooking, baking and whipping up a nice meal for my loved ones, as i listen to songs, they didnt sell me on that kitchen. Also he should know women have a big say on the houses the family invests in,if she doesnt feel the kitchen she can pass up on it. He assumed that rich people who own these houses dont like cooking and its the workers who will be in the kitchen 24/7🤦♀🤦♀
4-5 months to design is evident in what you see. A house is not just looks, it should functional and intentional with reason
Beautiful content beautiful presentation beautiful house beautiful interior design beautiful people everything beautiful. Beautiful job. Thank you for the experience. Keep up the great work.
It’s a decent property…. downside is the close proximity to each unit (feel very overlooked), it’s seems overpriced but I assume it’s to do with the location location location ….
Nice house Lavington was so beautiful in the 80s not now
Really beautiful.. Only downside is the indoor bamboo.. It will mess the floor tiles as it grows.
I'm giving this 5 * * * * *
That whole space should only have 2 of those houses. Because of corruption and theft of public resources $1.5mil is not a lot of money in Nairobi.
COST OF LAND accounts for the biggest share of that amount; so those nitpicking on the house go learn about real estate
Sorry. Wat country is this?
Kenya 🇰🇪
I tell you. When I see these Ghanaian realtors with these ridiculous price tags on unfurnished / unfinished (interior design) properties, I lose my mind. Honestly. They even propagate the properties as 'luxurious' in their videos when it doesn't even have any finishing or furnishing. SMH.
This home is incredibly beautiful 👍🥰
