This was just a quick prototype but I'll be sure to update with a final version once I get to doing that. The 3d-printed version feels a bit thick so I am not sure it is the correct size.

Your design process is great. Key takeaway for me: learn a little illustrator and some technical drawing, the sky is the limit for creating cool uselfull things.
