So you want to get an apartment rental unit in Nicaragua. You want to do a short term or long term stay, probably furnished and ready to go with power, electric, Internet, furniture, appliances, etc. But you want to do research and find one months before coming to Nicaragua, maybe looking online or searching for your next trip down! This sounds great, but is it practical or even possible in Nicaragua?
