- Joining Hannah today is her friend Paul Basagoitia. Paul is a professional mountain biker whose career was soaring when, in 2015, he suffered a devastating spinal cord injury at the Red Bull Rampage. In today’s episode, they talk about his recovery and rehab process. Paul was paralyzed from the waist down and worked his way to being able to walk again. He also just ran a half-marathon! Paul says that time is the best form of healing and speaks on his mindset through the entire process. Enjoy!

I became disabled at 50, there are many things I can understand about this situation. Great job Hannah 🤩💛
My husband as well, at 50 he fell and sustained an incomplete L1 injury and was in a wheelchair, he currently is in a KFO and walker, As a wife and mother of our 2 toddlers it's been the most difficult experience I've ever had...still healing😢but will never lose hope. Please keep fighting! And hope you always continue to heal.
