    Just wondering why the extra long shaft protruding from the end bell was not cut down. It is useless suspended weight high in center of gravity. Would that be illegal to shortened the shaft? Good video. Brings me back to my youth when I raced scratchbuilt 1/32nd brass chassis and rewound my own motors and installed super magnets in the can. Lots of fun…

    Rick is amazing at preparing a car but you add that to his sick driving skills and he is all but unbeatable. Way to go Rick!

    Purple pinion is 13 tooth, green spur gear is a 29 tooth.

    About time someone came out with an easily removable pinion.
    I think, from my 1:24th days that the chassis clearance was to save the track surface on the banking, that's a lot of work to resurface banking.
    That's a beautiful car from Thunderslot. I wonder why they didn't put the slot car track decal on it like Kovelesky had back in the day. I think it ran around the entire car.

    Basically a stock thunderslot chassis, I learned nothing
