Thank you, we needed this. Also you *CAN* be a full health Juggernaut build. It just means you lose out on about half of the damage and resistance bonuses. Viable, more survivable, but definitely less damage, probably about 30-50% difference. IIRC the Juggernaut's effect stacks up to like 50% dmg bonus, 10% bonus per 20% of HP, while Bloodied ends up being 90% damage bonus, 10% bonus per 10% of HP. And then you start stacking other things like the low hp mutation that gives damage based on lower hp and the gap gets bigger.
@@BrianHalePhoto yeah but Two Shot gets bonus from Bloodied build even though it doesn't have Bloodied effect because of the mutation. It's not much but it's something like 25% bonus damage at 20% hp. Full health build wouldn't get that bonus.
I STRONGLY disagree that low health builds are the only "end-game" builds. I'm only level 235 and I can tank 10+ super mutants during eviction notice with my Medic Pump power armor and super stims. I was just playing Eviction Notice with 7 people and 4 of them were over level 600 low health builds. They kept dying while I held ground, repaired the rad scrubber, and shredded waves with my AA/FFR gatling plasma. Same thing can be said for Earl... I don't remember the last time I died in this game outside of Encryptid. if these level 500-2000 low-health builds' die several times per event then they are not doing DPS... Glass cannon is not the only way. Key thing is I never stop firing unless I'm reloading. Death is downtime and downtime hurts DPS. When all the other players die and I pound stimpacks and clear the whole map by myself, I call that and "END GAME BUILD!!!"
I agree. My full health railway does way more dps than my bloodied stealth build, and I don't even have to crouch. It's just a matter of finding a way to increase damage without adrenal. Most people use quads anyway.
Great creative build! To expand on the cryo theme, maybe you could try a two-shot Alien Blaster with the cryo receiver. I've been running it since your video on two-shot weapons and the damage is surprisingly high, especially for a pistol. The projectile becomes a snowball with the cryo receiver, much like with the cryolator, and I think something weird happens with damage calculation. Might be interesting to study it! Cheers
its high cause of some (yet more) mistakes with numbers in the files - supposedly instead of adding 20% as intended the elemental mags add 100%, so TS doubles that effect
This looks like a ton of fun! I really liked using my quad cryolayor with a casual build to slow bosses or just messing around in expeditions. Might try rolling another one to get TS and try out this fully committed build.
after your video yesterday, I made a build today also - and it's basically the same :D just no PA and I like xp so I have class freak instead of bloody mess. with full uny, dodgy and gun fu together is no prob, got all the good herbivore buffs and my over 400 ap refill within 2 sec. that weapon is really really fun, thanks for sharing! as weapon I'm btw using a TS aim 25lvc cryo as I sadly don't have a ts2525. less vats is really handy and better as the faster reload version i tested. let there be snowballs! :D
I did not put concentrated fire on, although I did put on one gun army one on army, doesn’t require targeting aluminum in order to stagger triple and I don’t really understand entirely how it works but every skirts be slammed it when I was trying to kill them, I had to start shooting at them And they would land. I am really not that into worrying about crippling skirt space because normally I’m playing a character with a missle launcher with a boom stick and stabilized. I can take out a sports feast with a link to salvos I believe long as they all hit, nothing hits a tree or Gets any way interfered with, so I don’t usually worry about I I am not in the crippling. I just shoot them out of the sky. As far as the queen goes she will land get some damage on her and just wager till she lands to use up your ammo. I can tell you for sure that, one gun army, crippled, miler queen, no question ask cause the scorch be sour fighting popped up a mile or queen they were fighting her so I took her out and she first she fell on her side from being crippled and then she fell all the way over completely immobilized From the shooting at her, I don’t think the skorts be purple maybe they do I don’t know, but it seems to me like I crippled her twice once and then worse the second time and then while she was crippled, I went ahead and took out the scorch beast went back to her. She ended up getting back up and I crippled her again so I know it definitely works on her, the gun was a blast. No question about it was a lot of fun but I think if you wanted to be affective as a turtle as mentioned you have to you have to play it at low health in order to get enough out of it on the bigger creatures cause I used a ton of ammo on the skorts feast, especially on the miler queen course in all day, and I wasn’t really properly set up for any of this, but I used a butt load of ammo and that the bigger creatures which might not have been the case had I’ve been getting the advantages of nerd rage and adrenal reaction and maybe even a bloody

Hi Turtle. Just rolled a TS+50% crit Cryolator, used it in a low health UNY build tuned for VATS crits. Worked well, but in my hands the visual and audio Crit indicator did not work, although I did see the crit meter build and discharge. Switched to a Plasma Caster and the Crit indicators did work. Maybe just a visual bug? I'll reboot and try again.
This is a great build. I need “Ordnance Express,” but using only 1 or 2 ranks of Heavy Gunner is always enough. Currently I have a Bloodied/ Lucky/Plasmacaster, Vampire/Power Attack Auto-Axe, Nuka-Launcher, and 2-shot Cryolator on me at all times. In my Union Power Armor I feel prepared for any Mutated Public Event next month. I also like the idea of swapping out Crit Savvy and Better Criticals for Bloody Mess and One-Gun Army. Genius
Faster fire rate is an absolute must imo .. Two shot is the best no doubt .. but if an AA or a Gourdmans has faster fire rate it works wonderfully .. I think faster fire rate on the cryolator is more important than having a two shot .. just my opinion ..
I honestly I don’t understand you people why would anybody choose to use Goran giving you 24% more damage if you keep your food above what 90% or you could just use a mutants and get 25% all the time under no conditions or circumstances other than you, you keep the fiber more mutations you know you already have. Nobody is running around with less than five mutations Mutants is one of the most stable reliable additional damage sources mostly beating out unless you’re an armor on your gun is your holy armor penetration whether you’re using a commando weapon or a heavy weapon or a melee weapon there are other sources of anti-armor and adding on your weapon is not always that effective. It is because it takes you from like 45% up to about 72%does 25% more damage I don’t think so. Not a heavy gun yet can only get 24% more damage only when your properly and your thirst is taken care of instead of recommending mutants which gives you 25% at all times.
Any weapon not any most weapons that have a first star legendary effect that has conditions like aristocrats or mines those are shit, legendary effects anytime you have to maintain a certain condition to get the benefit juggernaut for instance, a shit effect your health is going to drop and when your health drops your damage drops and even when you’re at 95% health you still only get 25% damage boost again mutants gets 25% just by having five mutations. Everybody has five mutations unless you’re a new player who hasn’t got your mutations yet and cannot afford the cards you know doesn’t have the bird cards to keep in maintain your mutations. There’s no reason to use Germonds or juggernaut or any other fucking conditional aristocrats is the stupidest one. Your damage goes down until you earn more money and there’s no absolute way to get your camps maxed out. These are pointless useless legendary effects that you should never use by choice. Some of the best case scenario only gets as good or not quite as good as mutants stop recommending things like Goran juggernaut aristocrat junkies is OK. You gotta have what five mutations somewhere there’s a guide on which mutations are best. I haven’t looked at in so long because to be fair. There is only three choices vampire unless you wanna run one of those really scary niche builds like berserker or you wanna fight at night or I mean again these conditional ones where you cannot control the condition except by bubble gum never spend any money or I mean, why would you put yourself in a position where if you spend some money because you found an awesome deal on a vendor you suddenly lose 30% of your damage. Why the fuck would you put yourself in that position, you ran out of perfect bubble gum, and your hunger and thirst trap because you’re too stupid to actually carry food or you just take a massive and find out you don’t have any or you can use it cool down or something you drop legendary facts no idea what developer thought they were good idea to put a game
With Ben swap and there really is only one choice that’s quad faster, fire rate faster reload then you can save some of that three points on the reload speed and put it in some other kind of five advantage but if you can get a quad or if you need healing, vampires, faster, fire rate And faster pirate reload on everyone of them because that weapon is slow as fuck turtles got really fast six points. Tell me that seems like a waste of six points especially on a gun that suffered more damage or DPS both I mean if you’re that useless, it’s terrible individual bullet damage you know pallet damage ain’t that great Climbing strangler it can actually be poison with a single barrel can improve your situation improve your situation because it takes 45% from stabilize most collectively adding 50% brings it up to about 7273% of penetration then you’re back to reloading way more often no other legendary blood and vampires and no other legendary facts remotely compare I have a gun definitely not gourmand

He told me he's using explosive cards just like you did with the cryo lator so I had an idea. I think a two shot cryo alien rifle would be an interesting test, why don't you give it a try?

I mean it does make sense, pretty much the only gun that does cryo damage and pretty much all enemies dont have cryo resistance. So therefore you have an underdog of a weapon. Awesome build 👍👏
Good build Turtle This one inspired me to start a new non PA and VATS focused heavy guy. Been meaning to do that for a while, as far back as your old stealth flamer build LOL
@@Jules-77 you can make a solid shotgun build but you really have to min-max and you're at the toughest stage between levels 35-75. One of the few builds where I think the weapon makes a huge difference, too. But at least you've already got the bones for a heavy build probably if the shotgunner was on track. Not a total waste.
Yeah, I rolled one of these up on a custom world yesterday I didn’t worry about the faster fire rate day. I think I had die replenish rats, action points with rats, kill or whatever as a second star but I did roll up a two shot in through handsome, have a gun parts and went and played with us. I did it at full health that God is a beast even a Fuller Health it’s a beast. I did a medley struggle, a little bit killing scorch beast with a Dad full health, but then again I I was on like I just tossed together. I basically just took my current building for some heavy comfort cards on it and then got it everything else often and not I did have demo expert, of course and Grenadier Aldo Breniger seems to have very little effect on the snowball anything, I mean it’s there if you mess and hit the ground or whatever it will still splash damage and if you want to use that it’s quite possible in fact it’s also quite possible if you wanted to go to snake build with an anti-armor version I think it would be quite possible. I was sneaking around with the two shot With like nine agility because I was still on my power armor belt and I was like almost one shotting things super mutants in one hour to shot everything with two shots, but most was very close to one shot the gun as a beast. It’s a lot of fun actually and more importantly and here is that the real if you run around sneaking out of power armor, it doesn’t seem like you’re getting the message for snake damage but I was getting a lot more damage sneaking so it’s happening even if you don’t get the message And if I was doing it that way my ammo count was going up instead of down I’d shoot some thing it would take one or two shots and sneak mold at full health and I do still grow units and I get six I mean my ammo was literally going up just by being conservative using it. The gun is a lot of fun anybody who hasn’t tried it should slap one together. You don’t have to do much to make it work, just the fact that you’re sneaking makes it do more damage and you grow your pile of cryo- cells instead of using them up, but in the air stops inside when I threw on power armor to get stabilized working and went after some scorch beast I killed like three or four of them really quick succession and used up several hundred cell Irene nearly 1000 cells so you know lol health is the way you gotta go if you want to make the most of any of these weapons made some weapons function, OK at full health this one for tougher critters like the miler queen and the scorch Friesen all that I used a lot of ammo still a lot of
Ammo capacity looks like the only "issue". Similar to the Alien Blaster, I'm going to assume it's only good because of how Two Shot and cryo barrels interact. Does a quad version perform anywhere near the two shot?
Cryolator has been a favorite since Fallout 4. It is my main weapon in that game, but I only use it to freeze the SB Queen in Fallout 76. It works great for that, allowing everyone in the event to get their hits on the frozen queen.
@@skillet7626 PA already gives you the native damage reduction... so Serendipity, yeah, not stackable. Though, saving a spot in INT for fusion core slow-drain is nice.

Hey turtle, heard that the explosive effect for Cryolator snowballs are getting nerfed next season, any clue if that's true? Some said on the PTS the cryolator is underperforming, but the cryo alien blaster is unaffected!

Hello Angry Turtle. I hear that covert operative perk wont work in power armor? It is true? I am runing bloodied power armor and i wish to add extra damage to my cryolator using covert operative perk.
Since when does the snake perk actually even work with powered armor remind me every the moment you put on power armor disables the snake, a perk any snitching you do at that point is only off of your agility, same with escape artist all right I was under the impression in fact, it was always that way that you could not live silently with escape artists and power armor to mediately disable those two cards Did they change this?
I found a two shot ffr faster reload on a mule. Tried a full life version of this build. Works pretty well and was able to farm 20k cryo cells this weekend.
hi angry turtle i have a question how is it that your not taking damage from melee attacks and your bloodied and you dont even have blocker on i have more or less same build but i have blocker on but still die quick from melee attacks the only card i dont have on is life giver the rest of them i have like dodgee and ricochet nerd rage but still if they melee me i die with 2 to 3 hits i have to spam stims like crazy
@@brandonbiochucky3116 emergency protocols is 50% less damage from everything. It’s amazing for power armour builds that are bloodied and benefit from it all the time. Once you get used to the tankiness protocols provides you will never care for a jet pack again. Or you can do what turtle does and have a second torso with jet pack on quick wheel for when needed to swap quickly between them.
Dude, I didn’t have lock and load and I thought the gun reloaded really quickly just with speed demon in it all it takes less than a second. It’s just Bam Bam. The animation is is really quick I thought about trying to run a quad but yeah I know you get that special interaction with the snow volley things on a two shot with demo expert so I you know I rode rerolled until I got a two shot but I thought about quad because that gives you like 100 Ammo, but then when I started using I realize the reload is not onerous it’s really pretty quick the only time it’s a problem is if you’re getting rushed by something like googles, but they can’t hurt you and power armor anyway and I kind of thought if I were going to play with that gun, I would set my character up Burkard wise to mostly be a snake character and just jump in the power armor for stabilized when I needed it for a boss Ora Ora, you know like a skirt feast or something Because mostly you don’t need it it’s surprisingly easy to sneak around and and get the bonus damage in and now I did put on covert operative although with a two shot and all the numbers it’s hard to see what numbers are white they’re all piled up on each other so it’s hard to see what’s really going on there, but it seem like covert was increasing. The damage sneaking alone was increasing the damage, I did not could not tell the difference with science perks. I couldn’t see any significant difference in the number of shots it took to kill stuff or even shooting at a target trying to see damage numbers I couldn’t see any damage numbers going up if it is working, it’s only marginally changing anything.
Season five reward. It has never been released in the atom shop, but perhaps could be one day, as season 1 and 2 stuff was released in the atom shop. It was a weird season about time travelling futuristic dolfins taking over the world (or something like that lol)

c'mon now, you been around long enough to know that all that matters after 1,000 hours in this game is carry weight and convenience. I threw all my bloodied weapons in the stash for rare occasions - but I'm rocking full health, rad remover, auto stim, a plasma caster (had to dump 6k prime/ultracite plasma ammo in ammo storage today cuz I just pick up like 300x more than I use). Oh and even though I have like 300 stimpaks on me, I use toxic goo to heal rapidly with ghoulish (rad remover takes care of the rads lol) Bloodied builds are babies first endgame :P JUST saying lol. Even back in the day before perk loadouts and legendary levels ( I ended up literally using like 60 of my levels to respec (cuz thats how you had to do it back then) to make a convenience build lol. Ended up making another character for survival mode that was bloodied - but thats gone now, now I just face tank cryptids and afk during boss fights cuz I can. I miss survival mode though :( ..... since someone is still reading this long rant, as of 2020 I had three alts all over level 300 because you had to level up to change your special poitns and it wasnt worth doing it over and over on one character. Now my main is only level 400 (cuz I hardly play anymore, acutally pretty much skipped the last two scoreboards entirely). Even though I have 1,000 levels between them....wish beth would like...let me merge the characters now lol. Oh well :P so yeah TLDR, bloodied ain't endgame :P
Eh, personally I don't feel like you can really class any sort of playstyle as endgame, bloodied has many benefits yes, but which playstyle is endgame for a person in this case is just very subjective as a whole, personally I like bloodied builds for the massive damage and also just tons of benefits from unyielding, it's just too good to pass on all those benefits that full health doesn't get you
I found the cryolator doesnt realky hugely benefit from being bloodied somehow the 95% increase in weapon damage just doesnt seem to work on this weaponin a propper manner

With my bloodied tanks build I barely take damage I can get shot by a bunch of things and still live

Will the Cold Shoulder Shotgun work well with his Build? I understand that you would need to pick shotgun perks, but the rest would be the same right?

Nobody is running around with less than five mutations Mutants is one of the most stable reliable additional damage sources mostly beating out unless you’re an armor on your gun is your holy armor penetration whether you’re using a commando weapon or a heavy weapon or a melee weapon there are other sources of anti-armor and adding on your weapon is not always that effective. It is because it takes you from like 45% up to about 72%does 25% more damage I don’t think so. Not a heavy gun yet can only get 24% more damage only when your properly and your thirst is taken care of instead of recommending mutants which gives you 25% at all times.
Any weapon not any most weapons that have a first star legendary effect that has conditions like aristocrats or mines those are shit, legendary effects anytime you have to maintain a certain condition to get the benefit juggernaut for instance, a shit effect your health is going to drop and when your health drops your damage drops and even when you’re at 95% health you still only get 25% damage boost again mutants gets 25% just by having five mutations. Everybody has five mutations unless you’re a new player who hasn’t got your mutations yet and cannot afford the cards you know doesn’t have the bird cards to keep in maintain your mutations. There’s no reason to use Germonds or juggernaut or any other fucking conditional aristocrats is the stupidest one. Your damage goes down until you earn more money and there’s no absolute way to get your camps maxed out. These are pointless useless legendary effects that you should never use by choice. Some of the best case scenario only gets as good or not quite as good as mutants stop recommending things like Goran juggernaut aristocrat junkies is OK. You gotta have what five mutations somewhere there’s a guide on which mutations are best. I haven’t looked at in so long because to be fair. There is only three choices vampire unless you wanna run one of those really scary niche builds like berserker or you wanna fight at night or I mean again these conditional ones where you cannot control the condition except by bubble gum never spend any money or I mean, why would you put yourself in a position where if you spend some money because you found an awesome deal on a vendor you suddenly lose 30% of your damage. Why the fuck would you put yourself in that position, you ran out of perfect bubble gum, and your hunger and thirst trap because you’re too stupid to actually carry food or you just take a massive and find out you don’t have any or you can use it cool down or something you drop legendary facts no idea what developer thought they were good idea to put a game
With Ben swap and there really is only one choice that’s quad faster, fire rate faster reload then you can save some of that three points on the reload speed and put it in some other kind of five advantage but if you can get a quad or if you need healing, vampires, faster, fire rate And faster pirate reload on everyone of them because that weapon is slow as fuck turtles got really fast six points. Tell me that seems like a waste of six points especially on a gun that suffered more damage or DPS both I mean if you’re that useless, it’s terrible individual bullet damage you know pallet damage ain’t that great Climbing strangler it can actually be poison with a single barrel can improve your situation improve your situation because it takes 45% from stabilize most collectively adding 50% brings it up to about 7273% of penetration then you’re back to reloading way more often no other legendary blood and vampires and no other legendary facts remotely compare I have a gun definitely not gourmand

Hey man, I just meet a guy that was using a two shot alien blaster with cryo mod and was melting enemies in the daily op. He told me he's using explosive cards just like you did with the cryo lator so I had an idea.

A TS Crio dropped for me, and I tried after you previous video. It was a blast! Now i'm running a hybrid plasma caster/crio. Best build ever!
I mean it does make sense, pretty much the only gun that does cryo damage and pretty much all enemies dont have cryo resistance. So therefore you have an underdog of a weapon. Awesome build 👍👏

@@Jules-77 you can make a solid shotgun build but you really have to min-max and you're at the toughest stage between levels 35-75. One of the few builds where I think the weapon makes a huge difference, too. But at least you've already got the bones for a heavy build probably if the shotgunner was on track. Not a total waste.

Yeah, I rolled one of these up on a custom world yesterday I didn’t worry about the faster fire rate day. I think I had die replenish rats, action points with rats, kill or whatever as a second star but I did roll up a two shot in through handsome, have a gun parts and went and played with us. I did it at full health that God is a beast even a Fuller Health it’s a beast. I did a medley struggle, a little bit killing scorch beast with a Dad full health, but then again I I was on like I just tossed together. I basically just took my current building for some heavy comfort cards on it and then got it everything else often and not I did have demo expert, of course and Grenadier Aldo Breniger seems to have very little effect on the snowball anything, I mean it’s there if you mess and hit the ground or whatever it will still splash damage and if you want to use that it’s quite possible in fact it’s also quite possible if you wanted to go to snake build with an anti-armor version I think it would be quite possible. I was sneaking around with the two shot With like nine agility because I was still on my power armor belt and I was like almost one shotting things super mutants in one hour to shot everything with two shots, but most was very close to one shot the gun as a beast. It’s a lot of fun actually and more importantly and here is that the real if you run around sneaking out of power armor, it doesn’t seem like you’re getting the message for snake damage but I was getting a lot more damage sneaking so it’s happening even if you don’t get the message And if I was doing it that way my ammo count was going up instead of down I’d shoot some thing it would take one or two shots and sneak mold at full health and I do still grow units and I get six I mean my ammo was literally going up just by being conservative using it. The gun is a lot of fun anybody who hasn’t tried it should slap one together. You don’t have to do much to make it work, just the fact that you’re sneaking makes it do more damage and you grow your pile of cryo- cells instead of using them up, but in the air stops inside when I threw on power armor to get stabilized working and went after some scorch beast I killed like three or four of them really quick succession and used up several hundred cell Irene nearly 1000 cells so you know lol health is the way you gotta go if you want to make the most of any of these weapons made some weapons function, OK at full health this one for tougher critters like the miler queen and the scorch Friesen all that I used a lot of ammo still a lot of

Ammo capacity looks like the only "issue". Similar to the Alien Blaster, I'm going to assume it's only good because of how Two Shot and cryo barrels interact. Does a quad version perform anywhere near the two shot?

Cryolator has been a favorite since Fallout 4. It is my main weapon in that game, but I only use it to freeze the SB Queen in Fallout 76. It works great for that, allowing everyone in the event to get their hits on the frozen queen.

Serendipity does not work while wearing power armor. If in regular armor, serendipity would be more beneficial.
@@skillet7626 PA already gives you the native damage reduction... so Serendipity, yeah, not stackable. Though, saving a spot in INT for fusion core slow-drain is nice.

Since when does the snake perk actually even work with powered armor remind me every the moment you put on power armor disables the snake, a perk any snitching you do at that point is only off of your agility, same with escape artist all right I was under the impression in fact, it was always that way that you could not live silently with escape artists and power armor to mediately disable those two cards Did they change this?
I found a two shot ffr faster reload on a mule. Tried a full life version of this build. Works pretty well and was able to farm 20k cryo cells this weekend.

hi angry turtle i have a question how is it that your not taking damage from melee attacks and your bloodied and you dont even have blocker on i have more or less same build but i have blocker on but still die quick from melee attacks the only card i dont have on is life giver the rest of them i have like dodgee and ricochet nerd rage but still if they melee me i die with 2 to 3 hits i have to spam stims like crazy

@@brandonbiochucky3116 emergency protocols is 50% less damage from everything. It’s amazing for power armour builds that are bloodied and benefit from it all the time. Once you get used to the tankiness protocols provides you will never care for a jet pack again. Or you can do what turtle does and have a second torso with jet pack on quick wheel for when needed to swap quickly between them.

Dude, I didn’t have lock and load and I thought the gun reloaded really quickly just with speed demon in it all it takes less than a second. It’s just Bam Bam. The animation is is really quick I thought about trying to run a quad but yeah I know you get that special interaction with the snow volley things on a two shot with demo expert so I you know I rode rerolled until I got a two shot but I thought about quad because that gives you like 100 Ammo, but then when I started using I realize the reload is not onerous it’s really pretty quick the only time it’s a problem is if you’re getting rushed by something like googles, but they can’t hurt you and power armor anyway and I kind of thought if I were going to play with that gun, I would set my character up Burkard wise to mostly be a snake character and just jump in the power armor for stabilized when I needed it for a boss Ora Ora, you know like a skirt feast or something Because mostly you don’t need it it’s surprisingly easy to sneak around and and get the bonus damage in and now I did put on covert operative although with a two shot and all the numbers it’s hard to see what numbers are white they’re all piled up on each other so it’s hard to see what’s really going on there, but it seem like covert was increasing. The damage sneaking alone was increasing the damage, I did not could not tell the difference with science perks. I couldn’t see any significant difference in the number of shots it took to kill stuff or even shooting at a target trying to see damage numbers I couldn’t see any damage numbers going up if it is working, it’s only marginally changing anything.

c'mon now, you been around long enough to know that all that matters after 1,000 hours in this game is carry weight and convenience. I threw all my bloodied weapons in the stash for rare occasions - but I'm rocking full health, rad remover, auto stim, a plasma caster (had to dump 6k prime/ultracite plasma ammo in ammo storage today cuz I just pick up like 300x more than I use). Oh and even though I have like 300 stimpaks on me, I use toxic goo to heal rapidly with ghoulish (rad remover takes care of the rads lol)
Bloodied builds are babies first endgame :P JUST saying lol. Even back in the day before perk loadouts and legendary levels ( I ended up literally using like 60 of my levels to respec (cuz thats how you had to do it back then) to make a convenience build lol. Ended up making another character for survival mode that was bloodied - but thats gone now, now I just face tank cryptids and afk during boss fights cuz I can. I miss survival mode though :(
..... since someone is still reading this long rant, as of 2020 I had three alts all over level 300 because you had to level up to change your special poitns and it wasnt worth doing it over and over on one character. Now my main is only level 400 (cuz I hardly play anymore, acutally pretty much skipped the last two scoreboards entirely). Even though I have 1,000 levels between them....wish beth would like...let me merge the characters now lol. Oh well :P so yeah TLDR, bloodied ain't endgame :P
Eh, personally I don't feel like you can really class any sort of playstyle as endgame, bloodied has many benefits yes, but which playstyle is endgame for a person in this case is just very subjective as a whole, personally I like bloodied builds for the massive damage and also just tons of benefits from unyielding, it's just too good to pass on all those benefits that full health doesn't get you

I found the cryolator doesnt realky hugely benefit from being bloodied somehow the 95% increase in weapon damage just doesnt seem to work on this weaponin a propper manner

Fun fact, the cryolater with explosive actually did less damage due to it not fully utilizing the demolition expert perk.
