Fairly new to your channel, can’t put into words my love for caddy’s, never been happy since I sold my maxi, recently bought a cheap swb, not mechanically minded but trying to learn myself, it’s not running perfectly but hopefully I’ll have it sussed by next weekend for skegvegas 🤞🏼 great videos mate, I’d love to make it down to one of these meets bit of a trek from Scunthorpe but I will make it one day 🙏 keep it up buddy!
I love that blue starlight effect in the door cards and dash. Love to know how they made them, Im assuming fibre optics and possibly some form of resin. Seeing the look on your mates face was brilliant, the satisfaction you showed from your mate being so happy came across amazingly well. There’s no better feeling than doing work for someone so appreciative is priceless.

Yes do the little changes you want but remember your building a van or should i say have built a van that pleases you and makes you happy behind the wheel not anyone else but theres people out there that will love it the ways it is no matter what ya do..

Off topic but I had a mishap and dented the nearside sill on my Skoda octavia, right at the corner behind the front wheel. Nothing else is damaged. I have spoken to 3 different body repair guys. 2 stated the dent can be pulled and repainted. Another said this a strong point on the car and the dented area will need removed and replaced with a new section. This is going to be an insurance job. Any advice on the best way to proceed and who is right would be much appreciated. Thanks.
How can I check when there are bigger meetings, I want to come over and maybe bring some Caddy owners from the Netherlands (you saw some of them at Caddyfest).. Is there like a Facebook group to check so I can plan a trip to the UK?
Hi bud so it’s normally a similar amount of vans every meet 40-50+ there a Facebook page called CCUK (caddyclubuk) there’s a grey caddy on big tyres as the main picture. The meets are announced on there all the time and the meets are always always the last Wednesdays of every month without fail. Theo who done the Netherlands caddy fest sometimes comes over. I really enjoyed the caddy fest and will come again next year. People start arriving about 5.30 pm and loads of the stay till near midnight sometimes it’s always a really good turnout be good to have you guys over 👍👍👍
as far as Darrens caddy is concerned,i would be reluctant to do any more to it other than colour code the door handles.sometimes more is more 👎 and ends up being too much

I dry my cars with a Stihl back pack blower, you can also shift the dust from inside really easy, maybe you could use it in the garden too?
