This was a great interview, and I love that you both view training from an approachable manner. I found Nathaniel via his tiktok a couple years ago, and gave it a (lighter) go for about 4 months. Doing 5min of all fours training each day, I went from constant shoulder problems to notable strength and stability improvements. I learned from my own playing around to do my first ever handstand, and how to control my balance in ways I never had before. Truly incredible to me. I stopped for reasons I don't even know. But started back up a few weeks ago with a goal to do 10min a day, but only when I work up to it at a healthy pace. I'm surprised this video hasn't had so many more views, it's brilliant.
