- NASCAR drivers Brad Keselowski and Austin Dillon swerved at each other and made contact under caution on Sunday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Door Bumper Clear’s Freddie Kraft, Brett Griffin and Keselowski’s spotter T.J. Majors talk about what went down between the two drivers, what happened between Keselowski and Ross Chastain in the race, and what was said in post-race interviews.

What’s even funnier (and more embarrassing for Austin Dillon) is that Brad Keselowski finished Top 10 and Austin Dillon didn’t even finish in the Top 20
Brad have talent, austin dont have any talent lol
(dude literally wrecked Aric for the win at 2018, he is the "Brian Vickers" of this era)
@@HanTheNascarGuy exactly and his shows sucks 2 Brad should push that out into the grass 2
@@HanTheNascarGuy Austin did wreck Aric, but I mean Almirola did block and the Camaro’s front bumpers were so pointy. I used to think Austin wrecked him, period. But things have changed for me I guess lol.
I wouldn’t compare him to Brian Vickers. Because Austin Dillon doesn’t wreck drivers constantly like Brian Vickers did, intentionally or accidentally
Austin Dillon is a talent less spoiled punk.
With out RCR neither of the Dillon boys are in the Cup series.
@@HanTheNascarGuy comparing him to Vickers is a little off. Austin isn't hiding, his wife also wasn't part of Epstein's island adventure....
Austin is in that seat because of his grandfather and not talent. The nepotism is STRONG over at RCR
Austin needed content for his TV show.
Bingo
I watched the show for about 5 minutes and it was pretty clear it's a show about Dillon, his boyfriend, and their fake wives, not something I want to see...lol
@@bryonkidder6199 Sounds like a show Taylor made for the "Karen" Nascar fan.
Fans should start a petition to get AD out of the 3 car. Hey it make good content for the show...All the "Haters"
You are spot on! Like nobody hardly knows who he is… so he has to do something to get his name out there!
Dillon has well over stayed his time in Nascar. Only reason being is because his grandfather owns the team. Any other team owner would have cut him loose years ago.
Ask the same question about Bubba in a couple yrs.
This is so true
@@JSkunk3223 also true
@@JSkunk3223 Triggered by a black guy's existence, as per usual
Amen
We need Jimmy Spencer to give Austin Dillon the crying towel
Nascar canceled Jimmy actually both Jimmy's
With Jimmy Johnson starting with the cot car. They changed the car to keep him from winning. 900hp super fast scary cars were his best friend.
We desperately need a media guy who's willing to call out this crap
Austin said in his interview, when asked for a reason for hitting Brad, “well you saw it”. Of course nobody saw anything. The tv crew even tried looking back though video footage and couldn’t find anything. Austin said him mom always called him her “ ace in the hole “. She was so close, because he truly is an ACE HOLE!
Dillon said it was just "hard racing" under the caution flag...lmfao!
@@bryonkidder6199 Yeah, it's the only time Dillon keeps up.....under caution lol.
I believe AD also said in the interview after the race, that "there are some drivers you just don't like racing with"...or something to that effect. It was like he had got his feelings hurt about a "racing incident" and was his usual self...butt hurt. I know why he said he would not be talking to Brad...he looks scared to death of him, unless he's hiding behind the wheel of his 3,300lb + race car. LOL
I've never craved a Bojangles sweet tea so bad in my life 😂
As far as I’m concerned, Austin doesn’t need to be in a race car. Best thing Richard Childress could do would be to put those grandkids in the office and get some better drivers.
Austin would even be a liability in the office, he needs to be pushing a broom at most.
So I saw a short clip of that terrible TV show and that Dbag Paul Swan goes "Here at RCR. the 3 car is considered the top team"...Yeah Maybe 20+ years ago when Dale was alive.... And people wonder why Reddick left....
One moment in the race that you all didn't mention, was Denny Hamlin put the bumper to Brad, and moved him up the track and passed him, that too may have played a part in Brads reaction. Typical Hamlin, if he can't pass you clean, he'll move ya, but just don't do it to him.
Denny is the biggest hypocrite of a driver ive ever seen lol
@@norandomstuff Finally someone else sees it! I was beginning to loose hope with all the people who are like,
"Denny knows what he's saying and doing; it's all the Hendrick Team's fault and their crazy fans!"
Wrecking and moving aint same, but guess hendrick fans cant understand it
Never liked Brad but I'm with him on this one
Same here. Not a Brad fan either. But he handled it the best he could.
There was that bad Michigan wreck, like 10 months ago, they both messed up coming to the end of one of the stages. It was an accident tho.
Hope everyone who reads this feels good, and has a great day.
Can't stand Austin
And I don't have an s on the end of my name .
Long time to wait to retaliate, but drivers never forget.
@@jamescarter6975 I use to work with Brad he's a pretty good guy I'm happy for his success
But even Austin said that wreck was his fault
Thank you for the video
Austin is only in a cup car is cause grandpa owns the company
Tyrone Gibbs is gonna be next...lol
I mean, he has more wins than 99% of people who have raced in Cup
False
Yes Austin did say that. Post race interview he mentioned "hey it got {sponsor name} an interview so thats cool"
So basically the story behind it is that there is no story behind it.
I would kill to have the transcripts from the driver chat room!
Austin Dillon says " tow link is out, good time to race or wreck the #6" in-car radio. Saw it earlier. Anyone know where replay can be heard?
I thought he said the toe link was out after the BK contact
He said “Thanks for giving the bass pro shop a interview”
That nba jam game next to TJ is calling my name lol
I read the title and was like "meeh, podcaster speculation"...then read the channel name and was like "oooh, legit news."
Brad Brad is tired of being pushed around period
SO the story is that no one knows the story. Awesome.
Austin was still pissed at Brad for not wanting to appear on Austin’s tv show.🤣
Wait there was a trackside show and nascar didn't show any of it?
4:58 post race he did, said "we weren't very good today so thanks for talking to me" lmao
Any shenanigans between drivers during caution laps, should warrant a black flag and a penalty.
No
The greatest part was brad literally pouring his drink all over him as he drank it in dramatic fashion
I like how they picked the most generic and uninteresting person to have a reality show about.
RCR can do better without Austin Dillon.
I think it has a lot more to do with Austin Dillons TV show.
The drivers have a zoom call after each race?
it seems Nascar road rage is at an all time high and it's funny AF !
Austin may be a good guy . But talent wise he is undeserving of his Cup ride.
"Good guy"?
Nope...lmao
Parts shortages for the next gen aren't a factor anymore clearly lol
I guess they weren’t on a “part shortage” for the Gen 7 since the 500 and other races with a lot of wrecks and yellows. I thought I was the only one who still remember that
There's always a story. And both sides always have a different view of it.
This is speculation, not "The story behind".
Couldn’t have said it better! It’s great to know what these guys think 🤔, they are the reason I watch nascar.
Austin trying to be the intimidator backfires embarrassingly. Austin there's only one and it damn sure ain't you.
Agreed

Nothing to see. Chastain wasnt involved, there's no story
I’m just gonna go with Jeff Burtons interpretation of the situation. They were battling for points. And Austin was struggling with the car and just frustrated he couldn’t get the car up towards the front.
Why are they saying they don't know what happened... TV aired a wreck with Keslowski wrecked the 3 in a previous race and Dillon spoke about it in his interview
Perhaps Brad accidentally bumped into Austin as Austin was coming out of the PORTA JON !
It was last season when brad was in the 2 car.
Dillons only there because Grampy gave him a ride! Brad drove his way to where he is, team owner!
Well they said something on the radio to hit Brad.
Good for, Austin!!!!
Brett, who was spotting for Haley? While u weee watching what was going on with BK and Chastain
What are you even talking about?
@@MB7908. I’m talking about him knowing exactly what happened between 2 drivers. While spotting for another driver.
I like how they say "you"...."didn't YOU have a run in with Chastain" LOL like they are part of it....
We need a better driver in the 3 car. Austin isn’t competitive anymore he’s acting like a real candy ass he can’t even wreck someone properly he doesn’t have the balls to confront a driver after a race come on man.
Anymore??? When the hell was Austin Dillon competitive? Did I sleep through multiple seasons?
@@mlwilliam213 he Atleast won races before
@@thedistractedcanadian4355 he has two strategy wins and one at Daytona where the whole top twenty wrecked.
@@thedistractedcanadian4355 3 wins in approaching a decade. That’s pathetic.
@@darthhull85 I fully agree
funny thing is Brad said he would talk to him but Austin says he doesn't want to talk to him. Austin takes a cheap shot and then is a coward about it. If you are mad about Michigan you should've done something earlier. it has been what? a year?
Two years
Do you know what group think is?
No matter what happened or what caused it. If it wasnt for Childress Austin wouldn't have a ride. Austin is not good of a driver. Period.
Imagine hitting someone under caution because you felt like it. Austin is just on that sigma male grindset💀
Correct me if I'm wrong didn't Austin Dillon wreck someone to win the 500
10 car
Who wouldn't at this point
He wrecked Aric Almirola
*So here's my theory regarding Austin Dillon:* This all stems from the Tyler Reddick thing. You know how the vast majority of people think that Austin was the Top Priority guy at RCR because he's Richard's grandson? Well... The Tyler Reddick situation proves that was *not* the case. Tyler was the Top Priority guy all along & seemingly, no one knew. Not even Tyler. So much so that when Tyler made the announcement he was leaving, RCR's response revealed how loyal they were to him. They were hoping to extend him, but not to rush it. The response says it all: _"We're focused on winning a championship in 2022 and 2023."_ Now keep in mind that Tyler Reddick is locked into the 2022 playoffs thus far, but Austin Dillon is not. The other phrase was _"Although the timing of this announcement could not be any worse."_ They intended to keep Tyler. It seems like Richard didn't have as much faith in Austin as we thought he would. He values his best friend & his successor *more than his own grandson!...* Now I wonder if Ty Dillon knew all that & that's why he never returned to RCR.
If Austin did *not* know he was *not* the Top Priority guy at his own grandfather's team, he does now... & obviously he is frustrated.
Now what does Brad Keselowski have to do with this? Well, literally nothing... It appears Austin wants to take his frustration out on someone, but not at the expense of "Pop-Pop". So he sees Brad, remembers the Michigan incident from a while back, & went for it there, also expecting to appease to NASCAR since they don't like Brad. In the eyes of the fans it's didn't exactly work. The majority of anti-Keselowski fans are actually on Brad's side in this instance. I also have doubt his reality show has anything to do with this since it's fairly new.
My concern is Austin's frustration will only continue to grow to the point he'll spiral if "Pop-Pop" doesn't calm his internal rage & address his concerns. That need to be done before things get worse.
i dont think anybody ever thought Dillon was the top dog at RCR.
I like this theory. I think everyone but Austin knew that he only has this job because of pop-pop. He just now figured it out.
oh well sorry austin time to look for a new favorite driver
#9! 😊
@@chase9812 yeah that doesn’t seem like a bad option he’s not a Controversial driver and he’s a very successful one
Reckless driving under caution should be a penalty.
Austin is a Punk. If not for Richard he’d be driving a low level Xfinity or ARCA car. When his son does #2 does he say Ace dropped Deuce
You should go back to elementary school, you’d be doing society a favor
Austin Dillon? Cool name, too bad he drives like a new York cabbie
This is just 2+ years of shitty racing between the two. Thinking of Michigan last year when Brad held Austin below the line at end of stage 2 and didn't let him back up cleanly. Nosed his right rear and the 3 had a hard hit into the outside wall.
And it matters at a race in the middle of the season how???
Yeah, he was moving down to side draft at the same time Austin was moving up off the apron, it happens. They just came together
@@zacharyradford5552 it doesn't, but drivers hold grudges and if you listen to AD3's radio his team said, "Good time to wreck the 6".
@@dbabb2484 after the stage end? nah, brad just didn't like the way he was raced at the end of that stage last year and held him down there. it was AD3's mistake to come up when he did though.
I guess everyone will see what happen in Michigan the way they do. Personally AD wanted that spot ahead of Brad because he needed the points. One could say that he created that whole deal trying to side draft BK what 100 yds or so before the stage end. If you watch how drivers go down to the apron after they cross finish line. Not being bias for BK but he did what he said.
The best story will always be " I was just trying to rattle his cage". Not very believable but still the best.
Maybe Dillon decided to get payback now for Michigan last year🤷🤷🤷
That Chika is cute!
According to the headline, this should have the story behind this conflict. Hit play and hear "I have no idea." Well, there's the inside scoop folks. I'm posting a video giving the real-deal upcoming lottery numbers......I'll open by saying "I have no idea."
What happened with Dale and Mike? Are they gone forever now
This is door bumper clear not DJD
I’m glad Brad hit back harder. AD is a jerk.
So is Brad always was thats why Carl never took any crap off him.
@@BkBk-gy6vr I think you have that backwards...BK never took any crap off of Cousin Carl. He didn't move up to Cup just to let CC intimidate him and he let it be known early and often. Always took blame if the wreck was his fault, and tells it like it is. Exactly what made me become a huge fan of Brad's after Smoke retired.
@@tammymelvin6254 carl did more damage to Brad he wins.
Maybe another Dillion needs to lose his ride. Put Ty in the three and it’ll be more relevant
Brad’s a champion & a patriot end of story. Both Dillons suck suck horribly. Neither Of them should’ve ever been in the cup series.
little disclosure TJ is Brads BFF...and spotter.
Oh boy a has been fights with a never was
Maybe it was retaliation for Brad dumping him at Michigan last year?
Dumb move by Austin.
All these older drivers quit complaining...in other words quit crying....racing is racing....these young guys are the future of nascar....if you don't like the way these young guy are racing they are bringing back excitement in racing again...if you don't like it retire...because fans love excitement racing for a spot or win....know one said anything about it in the 70s 80s earlier 90s...those guys did what they had to do to win....the seats were packed. ..sold out...as for me I want to see that again...and I'm seeing it every week this year....go nascar....
What older driver was complaining about the Austin dooring Brad under caution with ABSOLUTELY NO proof.
@@zacharyradford5552 I think he's talking about the Ross haters. I really don't have a problem with Ross and the way he drives. Too much media spinning this more then it needs to be. Many folks are easily triggered these days.
You are a perfect example of the worst kind of fan.
Its racing, Dale Sr would bump anyone to win. Chastain kicks ass , this is racing, its why people show up to the track . WTF makes these guys think they are entitled to a win, because they have experience?
It is a shame brother ty can't get a good ride has. More ability than his brother The Carolina cowboy 🤠
Tell me how many wins and championships Ty has.
Childress don't have a problem kicking Ty Dillon to the curb. Austin needs to feel the same boot. Neither should be driving in the cup series. Pop pop needs to figure out what's more important. The future of RCR or keeping his grandkids racing in cup. Basically those kids are killing the RCR legacy that Earnhardt built.
windshield hole has to go
It sure is nice driving Grampy's car.
You guys are becoming experts in clickbaiting. First the story that was supposedly never heard about Teresa, and then this video. Which is called the story behind the wreck, and no one really knows why this even happened.
I'm going to be honest with y'all I hope this is not your regular job
Park Them Both and fine the 3 driver and owner this crap happened under Caution should not be tolerated
I think Austin Dillard's hair piece fell down into his eyes he couldn't see and he had to come up with some kind of excuse to look a little macho
Official theory:
Noah Gragson took over Austin Dillon's mind for half of that race to give us a sneak peak into what he'll be like when he goes full time in Cup. The reason why he went for Austin is because he teased the idea of driving for RCR after the news of Reddick going to 23XI dropped. It's all connected, the truth is out there 🤯
Why the hate for Austin Dillon? he does a decent job ie xfinity title Daytona 500 win 3 cup wins multiple playoff appearances. What about Cole Custer and Austin Cindric? Austin Dillon is by far better then Custer and Cindric still to be determined and they have rides do to family ties. He is way better then Bubba Wallace, Ricky Stenhouse, Aric Almirola, and countless others in the cup series who have been around longer than him.

Brad crossed over and accidentally hooked Austin Dillon head on into the wall at the end of a stage at Michigan last year. That's what Austin is salty about for some reason.
Austin just came up into Brad. Brad just decided not to compensate for Austin’s lack of awareness.
MUHH TV SHHHOWW
