I made a cake for the very first time with your recipe. The cake was super soft. I used only 3 eggs not 4. What I noticed is the oven temperature 160°c didn't work for me. The cake was not properly cooked in the middle. The oven temperature may vary for all. The second time I made this recipe I baked the cake in a different temperature. For me the best temperature is 170°c for 30 minutes.
Thank you so much for the recipe... I've tried baking a lot of cakes, but this one!! It came out as flat top, fluffy and really tasty. Great presentation also... Keep going👍
