I feel like waves for me personally are way more easier to maintain then dreads! Because with waves I already naturally take care of my hair so I would just have a blueprint of how I wanted my hair to be brushed and stay consistent.. With dreads “Starting” is the longest part! If you do not complete the whole dread look you just end up finger coiling your hair until you officially lock up your sections!

Dry brushing is better than wet brushing unless you're doing a wash and style. This dude don't know what he's talking about..come over to some 360 waver channels..
What I do, is after I wash my hair I might use the pomade to help lay the hair but you don’t need to constantly use it. As for washing, you can wash it in a week or in two weeks, it really just depends on your hair and how much products you putting your hair. Also don’t forget to brush your hair in the shower too, the steam helps it lay down

This was an amazingly tutorial ❤️, I've seen plenty that a great videos but not truly beginner friendly. This is helpful and engageful and really providing the knowledge needed for a beginner
Being a waver, and a waver with a swirl pattern, this demo on angles was hard to hear and see because it was so wrong.😢 Beehives are not brushed straight down. Swirls are not brushed around in a circle either, unless you are brushing for 720's. Additionally swirl patterns or 540's/360 swirls/hybrid patterns are not rare. It's too much to break down here but if you doubt what I'm saying, search Poppy Blasted beehive videos and 360 Jeezy swirl videos. If you're serious about waving and want a DOPE pattern, please don't follow this advice, you're gonna end up cutting your hair off and starting over or just quitting altogether. Be predictable and call me a hater, that's cool, I expect it but after you watch those two wavers I mentioned, you'll realize quickly just how correct I am.😂 Be safe and KTBM, (Keep The Brush Moving) in the proper angles of course.💪🏿

Go look up some old sir cruise, 360 jeezy, 360 wave process, nick wavy videos. They’ll set u up for success. This is cool and all but it’s not the best for beginners at all!
