TALKING ABOUT THIS ACT RTI IS AS NECESSARY AS PROTECTING PERSONAL DATA...ACQUIRING DATA IN REQUIRED FIELDS AND PROTECTING IT WHEN NECESSARY ARE BOTH TWO SIDES OF ONE COIN...
I THINK THIS ACT WILL GIVE GREATER EDGE TO GOVT. TO ACQUURE AND CENSOR DATA IN NAME OF NATIONAL SECURITY WHICH CAN HARM THE DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM AND STARTUPS IN THIS SECTOR...
I think gov. should have added a point where after using the data in case of disaster management or social disturbance they will have to submit a report for the use and case of the data so that it can be investigated to the newly formed committee.

I think people in india are not much aware of digital economy and cyber protection...Even 80% of the common people would not be updated about it...They even dont know of RTI so instead of bringing so complex laws the first focus should be on strenghtening DIGITAL AWARENESS AND CYBER SECURITY INFRA like BLOCKCHAIN, ANTI SPYWARE, ANTI PHISHING etc.

Govt have all Data of citizens.
Like Retina, finger print, signature etc. So, if we think this wrong such provision are falls. So this is due to lack of knowledge. Govt side is also right. So , my opinion is. we should go with bill.

Agar koi sarkari naukari karta hai aur wo manta hai ki main wakai jan noukar hun imaandar hu to apna data chhupane ki koi jarurat nahi hai sabko pata hai ki data protection bill bahut jaruri hai but isase bhi jyada jaruri hai corruption ko rokna jo RTI is kaam ko easy karta tha . Aur waise bhi is bill se govt. Ke haath me jyada power aa jayega aur wo apne pair me kulhadi kabhi nahi maregi
sir if you are just small person and you want to do marketing by bulk msg and bulk whats app , can they do it ? i mean if you serach numbers from internet and call for design business or priting business , then we can do inform marketing by whats app or mobile call by serachign number from internet ?
this bill should be implemented and yes it is a dynamic situation - it can be altered after discussion

Yeh bill implement hona chahiye. Mujhe koi concern nhi h lekin govt authorities ke pass jo freedom uska use shrif ache kaam me hi ho. Aur pvt players ko data ke liye rula du.
