God has his own timing, and it is perfect. Learning to wait on God is a hard lesson. Kind of like a lesson in faith. Faith is so much more than we realize. It's trusting God to work all things together for our good. Learning to have no fear, or to be anxious for anything. Faith in God and our salvation is just the beginning. Our faith must expand with our knowledge of God. It is impossible to please God without faith. Fear and anxiety do not equal faith.

I am anxious and fearful of looking my home.I am in deep trouble.Sleep has deserted me.I know no peace everyone has deserted me.I have no friend. Please pray for me for God to intervene. I have never been more desperate. I will wait on God. Please pray for me for divine intervention.

It’s not the easiest thing to do. I’m currently waiting on and for God on something. Been waiting awhile. Sometimes I feel unloved, forgotten, rejected… it hurts…but I pick myself up with the Word of God, other people’s testimonies and His prophetic words to me. I will wait. I’m expecting.
This is exactly my story. I have been waiting for years on God for a particular.... Sometimes, it seems really hopeless, sometimes I feel God doesn't care, I feel unloved sometimes, I feel God in particular is angry with me for some reason I don't know.... I just encourage myself in the Lord with his words and move on speaking against and rebuking thoughts of hopelessness while I find courage in God's word. It's hard
I also am waiting. I have an undiagnosed illness that is depleting my once good health slowly.. no answers from drs. Severely restricted diet, have to sleep upright to breathe well, pain rises up otherwise. Long story for 2+ yrs now. But this has drawn me to my knees seeking Him. He has shown me thru scripture where I got off track and had become bitter. Now He is building
Me back stronger thru an amazing fellowship with other believers at my church, growing me in areas that need growth to round me out to serve him more fully- the Author and Finisher of my faith. I am now able to pray for other people. I lead a smaller grp of believers within a larger group, I teach children about the Lord. So I continue on …waiting to see what He has in store for me. If it’s rough, He’ll have a good reason for it.. for his glory. I liked this message..I’m gonna mediate on it and see what the Lord shows me. Be blessed brothers and sisters and wait on the Lord for He is good.

This word from brother Prince is exactly what I needed, right now. As I approach the end of my life,as I struggle with my 45 year old marriage issues, serious childhood trauma issues this is what I'm doing it seems. Waiting on the Lord. Putting my self on the back burner, calming my independent nature, seeking to be more submissive yet still myself as God made me. Thank you Derek Prince Ministries. You do a great, great service by publishing this man's knowledge and wisdom to the world even as he is with Jesus. No minister or preacher I know has this ability to apply Gods word SO specifically, so humbly, sometimes so humorously and so practically in these days of darkness. Thank you for the blessing of your work spreading Princes wisdom and comfort. 💕🙏✝️

@@karengeers3338 hang tight onto Jesus. Pray, honor and talk with him but do pray specifically for what you need each day. He's waiting for our whole hearts, not the leftover crisis happening. I heard the Voice clearly telling me to submit, be gentle and willing to give myself first spiritually to the Lord Jesus, then intimately to my husband. These specific actions as required of wives in the Bible are very helpful, soothing to both in the marriage. God bless you. 💕🙏✝️

For days I’ve been looking for a cord to play worship music on my speaker. The Lord is faithful he’s helped me find things countless times in past I knew he’d do it again & reveal it at a significant time. Right after hearing this message I found that cord! The Lord is good all the time & his timing always perfect. He cares about the smallest & ALL the details of our lives! Thank you father praise you Lord Jesus bless your name forever my soul will wait on The Lord my God! Amen

God will do the right thing at the right time for the reason. Waiting and trusting him we will get better results.
In this day and age, in what can be describes as the microwave area, where you just push a button, and gets instant results, the real truth is, God never change, he is still the same yesterday, today, and forever, and just as he had worked in the lives of those believers before, he might have the same plan for us today, and I believe that we as Christians, if we could just trust Him more ,and wait upon him, we would see more of his glory in our lives today, but these fundamental truth does not teach, or preach anymore, it's more about a feelgood message that is on motivation, may God continue to bless the DPM.

Waiting on the Lord, is showing complete surrenderance and humility toward our Heavenly Father. There is so much that the Lord wants to teach us, as well as bless us in, if we would but only wait for Him. Getting ahead of God is has consequences, some we spend a lifetime paying for. Jesus Christ Loves us, and He knows what's best for us. We must trust not only His timing, but His Wisdom as well. His thoughts are much higher than ours. Stay encouraged in the Lord. True faith is not believing God will give us what we want when we want it, rather it is believing what God tells us. If we believe God when He tells us that one of the fruits of the Spirit is patience (Gal 5:22); If we believe Him when He says He works all things together for our good (Rom 8:28), and if we believe Him when He says He will never leave us or forsake us (Heb 13:5), then we can rest and have peace through all trials and tribulation, knowing our loving Father is in control.
He will never test us more than we are able to bear (1 Cor 10:13), but the more trials and tribulation we face in this life with faith, the greater our reward will be in the new Kingdom to come. Jesus, our perfect example, endured the cross and gave His life for the whole world, and His reward is that all of creation has become His footstool.

Thank you for your on time word as God’s confirmation for this Divine Season in my life. I’m at a place in my Life the Lord has been my Shepherd faith fully leading me in the way that I should. I’m not confused about my future has He has given me the blueprint. He asked that I wait on Him because I had to learn very valuable lessons to retain the promise land.

I'm not sure what version this is suppose to come from, but psalm 62 in the KJV does not say anything about waiting in" silence". Waiting for God means we keep seeking His presence, we keep praying to Him and do not get discouraged and turn away. Although we do not see anything happening, if we will stay faithful in prayer and fellowship with Him He will suddenly "show up" for us and our request will be answered. All glory to God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Thanks for pointing this out. I checked different versions (thanks to YouVersion) and I noticed that the older versions of the Bible don't say "in silence" but the newer ones do (American Standard Version, English Standard Version, Complete Jewish Bible, Modern English Bible for example...). Contemporary English Version says "calmly" and New King James says "silently".
I guess we got very talkative through the ages 😅 and that it became necessary to stress it out...
How can He speak to you if you’re talking continuously?

There is no one who waited upon God like the Lord Jesus Christ who came in the flesh! He waited upon God until his death. But God resurrected him. Waiting on God is tough because it is humbling. And only the real humble ones wait upon him.

It is one of the things I struggle the most with, waiting on God. I enjoy reading the Bible and studying the word, and I have no problem praying, but then I have trouble waiting to enter that secret place with God, even though I know it is necessary But we must all wait on God if we truly want to enter into his presence and communicate with him. If we are the only ones doing the talking, then prayer is just a one way communication. We must wait in silence for God as the word says.
