- A morning walk from Lymington to Keyhaven along the sea wall as the sun is rising. With the Solent on the left and the nature reserve on the right, a beautiful way to start the day. Not technically the New Forest, but only just outside.

Watching this is a great way to unwind after a busy day. The views there are amazing and the video has a rather ethereal feeling. Must try that route when it’s a quieter time of year
Mark R. It is a lovely walk, I would advise looking at the wind direction before your walk. It’s much easier to walk with the wind at your back.

Andy Cockersole yes it’s a lovely walk, I went further onto Hurst Castle the other day and the walk up the spit is certainly a lot harder.
Grew up here as a lad . Fishing, digging bate, sailing my Lymington Scow through Oxey Lake. A great video. One of the most beautiful places in the world. Thankyou
