This is one of my least favorite Christie stories. It seems underdeveloped, & the ending is both dissatisfying & abrupt. So he just charges back in there & what…? Makes accusations, takes tea samples, then leaves the poor girl there in the mercy of crazy people? Doesn’t make sense at all. And what was the purpose of Johnny, other than being a patsy? Yikes! This could have been so much better.
Yes. It was a very promising story till the middle. With all this suspense and mystery. But it seems like the writer was bored of the story and was hurrying to end it as quickly as she could. What is very extraordinary of her, because she is very methodical in her works. Ykes, for sure.
Very enjoyable
Very enjoyable, thank you 🥂
Thanks
A good story. Just an occasional blip.
I wonder whether Jason Fraser is related to Hugh Fraser….
Enjoyable til the abrupt end! Writing too rushed and unsatisfactory! Great acting as usual!

Magazine deadlines are a bitch.
