I love how ya explain "Why" you are doing it this way and not just spouting out stat numbers with no reasoning other than for the facts. Thank you for giving a Break Down on why you want to build out these ways! Thank you!
I started playing a couple weeks ago. Been struggling with pvp but this gave me some more idea of what to aim for. Keep distance, know where the pvp is at always, and hit your bolts.
Good video, however once you get comfy on warlock, I like to run occultist hood, mystic gloves, with the same spells, except flame walk can't be used but usually don't need it for normals. Halberd for the insta switch from book, and just take off occultist robe and leather chausses for move speed. Kinda how a wiz runs almost naked in norms for move speed.
03:29 I could swear I heard you saying "This is going to be the build that you will run in Squire Starter Gear to start making enough Golb." LUL! Pretty sure it is just how the cut fits with the next words that make it sound like that!
It is worth remembering for new/f2p players that, unless you pay for the game AND wait 72 hours, you can not sell gear on the market and only to NPCs, so "cheap" is an EXTREMELY relative term. for F2P players, 700 gold can be a lot. No access to selling on market, and no access to high roller to get more high rarity items to sell
@@deuceyd8468 my bad brotha I actually plan to make another squire warlock video but I’ve been slacking and dealing with a passed away family member. but I was using occultist all the same stuff but with occultist hood instead and I’m using curse mastery and malice with vamp and torture mastery
What merchants do we need to upgrade to unlock those sets for the squire I’m really new I don’t know who gives what out yet that would be really helpful great video by the way 👌
Alchemist, Leathersmith, Tailor, Armorer, weaponsmith. Those are the big 5. They give items to craft. Tavern master gives a stash tab and treasurer gives a gold coin chest (need 1 of each royal gem). All other quests only give out cool items so they are completely optional.
Between starting playing warlock and running what you are showing in this video there is about 200h of playing. Even if noobie will save up enough gold he will insta die to Druid changing to every single animal in 0,1sec and to fighter
You do quests for the Merchants and it will upgrade the Squire gear that corresponds to their wears they sell. If you want better Plate gear from Squire, finish the Armorer Quests lines. Do Alchemist quests to unlock Common Grade Potions of Healing. Good luck out there!
For funzies I did full plate, boots and all, was at like 96% movement speed and 145 hps. I swear to god a cat Druid killed me even faster than a caster build
@@bry_n depends on if they decrease the penalty on spell casting too, if not, then you’ll have to have run a hybrid build. would just have to see what they do with other balance along with that
You need to complete the quests, each merchant tailor for example will give more cloth options. Weapon smith = more melee weapons etc. Its approx 6 quests in for each vendor.
malice doesnt do shit to you , its a noob trap 10% more will in low eq is nothing. it will give you like 3% mr and like 4 dmg on a curse , and not even 2 damage on dark bolt
I wish you do all classes, you explained everything so well most videos they show stats throw on gear and the rest of the video is pvp. Thank you for not doing that.
