Qatar Airways provides heavy scholarship to its cadets. This scholarship can be availed only by Qatari Nationals. But if you can fully fund your training, international students (like us indians) can apply as well...
As long as you get Class 1 medicals you can apply for a cadet program. Q: From when does the cadet program start? A: To apply for a cadet program you'll have to find your required FTO and apply with them for indigo cadet program. They'll let you know if they have vacancy. If yes you'll be invited for ADAPT, if you pass then GD, if GD gets cleared then Personal interview. If you're able to clear the above then welcome to the Hood and you'll be signing the LOI soon and heading to the flying school.
Brother I'm 27, I quit my job from one of the FAANG companies and opted for the cadet program and another colleague was a bank manager who joined the cadet program at 32. It's never too late.
I am surprised, that the person who is giving interview , appears to be an expert or a Pilot himself and he is saying "THANKS FOR HAVING ME" .....OMG...she is not eating you buddy....you can always say..."THANKS FOR INVITING ME ON THE PODCAST" ....Yahan hi aap blunders kar rahe ho...and you are supposed to be a person guiding people on the podcast...
Mam i am joining indigo cadet pilot program and i need help regarding it...i want to know the details, learn more about this if you could help me out it would be wonderful
i have a query, after completing my training as a cadet. i)Do we need to pay for line training? if yes how much ? ii)Do we need to sign for employement bond again paying 30lakhs ?
Hi. Once you pay for the entire cost of training, then there is nothing additional to pay. Post your training at the time of joining you will be sighing bond with an airline for 5 years and as a guarantee that you won't leave before the bond period an airline demands for post dated cheque. Amount may vary, and in the case of indigo, it's 50 lacks. (No requirement of balance in account)
