im bjj based but have always admired and envied wrestlers and the ease at which they control and dominate. im one of these people that if i can understand what is being done i can remember it and use it in class. I watch catch wrestling as much as i watch bjj moves and Id say more than half of what i use today in training and comp is from video learning. of all the channels i have followed, the type of grappling taught here, (which has a very MMA and catch wrestling feel to it)suits my idea of submission and control in grappling the best.
I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of yours and Stuarts videos. Thankyou

Love Lyubo so much!!! I usually can't stand it if the instructor talks too much, but I just don't find myself skipping through the video because I know his explanations are very informative! He really makes me understand the concept of the move. I also love the respect he gives his sparring partner. Hoping for so much more videos from this guy!!

Great advise about the power of sprawling.. I also like the step by step lesson of keeping opponent in submission but what are the two moves you would consider after sprawling.. there is too many options, what are your two go to holds after sprawling? Thanks!

First line of defense is hand then head then arm, sprawling is for when you your other defenses are beaten

6:05 why does Lyubo say that the the single leg more dangerous when the head is outside than when the head is inside? I thought head inside single legs were preferred because no guillotine risk.
